I was happy with the service recieved. Communication was good and the order confirmation emails arrived straight away with all the necessary details and information on what would happen in the next step.

They survived well through washes came out as they went in, really good labels! Water did not affect it.

3. Neatly packaged. I like the thin plastic slip the labels were inside as it will prevent them getting damaged in storage between uses. Easy to peel from the backing so quick to use!
4. So easy to peel from the backing sheet, and stick into clothing labels. I was actually concerned it was too simple and I may have done something wrong - but that is the beauty of them!
5. The wash care label inside cardigans, inside a wipe clean lunchbox and inside a gymnastics leotard.
6. It is still early days, but so far all labels are lasting well! I’m very impressed!

The communication was excellent - I got a confirmation email almost straight away and it was all very clear.

The order arrived the next day which was incredibly quick. I thought the packaging was brilliant - the labels came in a plastic envelop so I can keep them safe whilst I use them. All of the information about how to use the stick-ins is very easy to read and to understand.

Yes the instructions were super easy to follow. I found using the labels incredibly straight forward. I've used them on lots of school items, school jumpers, trainers, lunch boxes, water bottles and coats etc. They are a perfect size and stick really well. I am quite fussy so wash all the uniform every day - the labels have stayed put and washed beautifully. The labels on our lunchboxes have also stayed put absolutely fine whilst whizzing through the dishwasher. The labels are such a time saver and I literally labelled about 20 items in a few minutes. A breeze.

I put labels onto lunch boxes, water bottles, school shoes, coats, school jumpers, shirts, PE kits - basically everything that leaves the house and goes into school apart from my actual children.

Perfectly well - the labels have been washed many many times now and also been through the dishwasher etc - all stayed intact and no wrinkles or coming unstuck. They are a miracle invention.

Yes, genuinely couldn't believe how quickly they arrived. Ordered about 4 p.m. on Tuesday and they arrived with Wednesday's post!

Basic but adequate. I did wonder if the packaging was adequate to stop creasing/folding. Mine arrived perfect, but I could imagine it could be mishandled by a feckless postie!

Very, very easy. The labels were very slightly too large for one item I tried them on, but otherwise very good.

Yes, it was very quick and easy to order. The confirmation email told me what to do if I had made a mistake and had information regarding delivery.

The packaging was fine although the plastic sleeve to store them in is probably unnecessary (and might help reduce price if it wasn’t provided). The instructions enclosed were easy to understand.

Absolutely fine. Stayed put and still looked like new, although I believe they are not to be used on areas subject to friction (such as under heel of foot in shoe) as it makes clear in the instructions.

Answer: All labels are still attached, despite being through the wash three times this week.

2. It was so easy and quick to order, and the follow-up communication was great - I received prompt confirmation of my order, then an email letting me know my order had been shipped out. Since then I have also not been inundated with marketing emails, which is a bonus!
3. My order arrived pretty quick, and I liked that it just came in a simple envelope. The plastic sleeve is unnecessary but I will keep it and reuse it.
4. It was very easy to stick the labels onto items, I just had to take care on odd 3d ones (eg water bottle) to get it laid smooth. Other than that, it was no hassle at all!
5. We have used the labels on water bottles, trainers, clothing and a backpack.
6. The labels are still stuck on firmly after several washes (and many washes, for the water bottles!) so I am quite pleased with them. I am curious to know how long they will stay on, because I’d like to work out ‘cost per wear’ to decide if I will order these again!

I was pleased with the service I received - the labels arrived within a couple of days and I received update emails throughout the process.

It was very easy (self-explanatory) how to use the labels so I didn't even need to use the instructions provided.
I used the labels on my daughter's new PE kit (T-shirt & tracksuit bottoms).
The labels survived the first wash and 2 days of wear with no problems.

They have survived washing very well so far. I found one on a random sock and I suspect that has come off a welly or trainer. I’m particularly pleased with the water bottle one as I was having no luck there previously.

tried many items used for school as she has a habit of forgetting what is hers! Stuck in her shoes and boots, used on her cardigans and dresses and even her water bottle
