I found the website to be very user friendly, it was easy to navigate and it only took me a few minutes to order, checkout and recieve my order confirmation.

I was pleased with the service, it was very quick, easy to order and easy to checkout, no fuss. I placed my order and the labels arrived two days later. The confirmation email came through quickly and contained all of the information needed.

I was impressed with how little packaging there was and it was clearly labelled. The instructions were concise and easy to follow.

It was very easy to stick the labels onto my childs clothes, I stuck them on the care label, they have been washed a few times now and are still there, still as good as new. I also stuck them on his water bottle and lunch box and they have survived multiple washes.

So far they have survived multiple washes with no issues, none have come off or faded. I'm going to order some more for my other children for next term.

* I thought the website was very straightforward to use and user friendly. I had no problem ordering my labels and liked the range of choice.

* Very good service. Information in emails was clear and everything was very prompt.

* I would have preferred the envelope and packaging had been more environmentally friendly. Plastic windows on envelopes are unnecessary and didn’t think the stickers needed to be in a separate plastic sleeve.

* The labels are very easy to use with clear instructions and I had no trouble attaching them to any items.

* The labels have done very well and I have not had any peel off, even on the slightly uneven surface of my daughter’s lunch bag.

The packaging was perfectly adequate, and the bag with the Stikins in has the instructions printed on it, which is helpful for keeping the stickers for future use.

The instructions were clear and the Stikins easy to use. Really useful and so much quicker than sew in or iron on labels.

^ The service I received was excellent, I immediately received a confirmation email which was clear & contained my order details and despite not having chosen expedited delivery it arrived the next day! ^

^ The instructions that came with the labels are really clear & I thought it was nice that it was printed on the plastic sleeve. While I don't like plastic, in this case I feel it's use is appropriate, as it protects the labels & prevents the need for paper instructions, which are easily mislaid. ^

It was very user friendly. It would be quite easy to order the names on two lines instead of one line or vice versa though.

It was great - minimal so it fitted through a letterbox. It might be slightly better if it came in the recyclable thick paper packaging some companies use now.

So easy! You stick them in and smooth them on.

5. What did you stick the labels onto?

Water bottle & lid, toothbrush, toothpaste, lunchbox, my son's scooter, his school bags, inside each shoe and on the labels of and the fabric of some of his clothes. I like that you can trim them so I could use one on his preschool toothbrush and the sides of his glasses for dressing up. They make life so much easier!

Absolutely fine. Only one fell off and I suspect I didn't smooth it on enough so user error. I love these labels, even without clothes they're completely invaluable for all the other things kids take into school, and I will buy them for all my children.

Brilliantly. They are like new after lots of runs through the washing machine and the bottles have been washed regularly and they are still firmly stuck. None of the print has faded and none of the stickers have peeled. Very impressed and will definitely buy again.

1- website user friendly? Website was very user friendly. Whole process only took a couple of minutes. Liked being able to see what the label looked like before purchasing.
2- service/confirmation email? Service and communication was excellent. Email confirming I had spelt the name correctly was reassuring.
3- packaging/information? Letterbox friendly. Simple clear instructions.
4- using labels/instructions? Very simple for use and position the labels. Great size and very clear to read. Instructions were very clear.
5- labels used on? Used the labels on jumpers and summer dresses. Water bottle and lunch box.
6- labels are like new after several washes and tumble dries. Water bottle easy to wash in dishwasher. No problems at all. Very impressed.

The website was really easy to use and the labels were a decent price. Most importantly they stick on really easily to everything and they stay stuck through the washing machine, tumble drier or dishwasher. I couldn’t believe how quickly they arrived either.

My only comment for improvement is that other companies allow for pictures and colours. This makes them more appealing for children and also improves the use age for children who can’t read yet. That being said, the performance of stickins is better than their competitors.

Really liked it, I especially appreciated that it was quite minimal as to reduce the environmental impact. I think you could even lose the plastic covering for the labels as they come in a envelope which seems enough.

So far, they have lasted well. It’s still early days but no damage or fading that I can see.

I would like to have had more choice on the font. It’s perfectly fine and easy to read, I just like a choice. When using these for much smaller children, the ability to add a picture can help them identify their items more easily as well.

The service was great. I got a confirmation email straight away that advised I would get a further email when the labels were disptached. That email can about 40 minutes after I placed the order and the labels arrived the next day.

The labels have survived the dishwater and washing machine. I'm really impressed.

4. Information was clear, the only issue was that our PE tops don’t have the silky washing labels in them but woven ones and I wasn’t sure if I could use the labels as the instructions say to only attach to washing labels and no other fabric?
5. Have used on polo tops, jumpers, trousers and PE kits.
6. So far so good. Labels have stayed on and haven’t faded.

I initially thought they were expensive but they are definitely time saving so probably worth it. I would like to see different fonts available as they look very "primary school", a smaller font would be good for teens.

Yes, and I used the mobile and desktop version. Competitor sites offer more variety of colour and image on the sticker though - would have been good to make these more 'fun' for the kids

Yes, it was really prompt too. I also enjoyed getting a free sample for a friend.

Competitor brand I've used came in less plastic (both the sample and the ordered labels were in a plastic pouch) which I'd like to see replaced with a more eco solution. Everything else was great.

Super easy, much easier than other brands I've used which don't always come off the paper.

Shoes, water bottles, clothes, and even the dog's collar on the inside.

Still going strong! Kids start a new school in September - this will make it much easier.
