The confirmation email I received was clear, comprehensive and had a summary of all the info I needed, including the name I had written for the labels so I could easily check everything was correct.

The service was super-speedy - I had received my order within two days of placing it on eth website. Email communication was excellent and kept me informed.

They have worn very well so far, water bottles have been through a hot dishwasher a number of times and still look good as new. Clothing labels have also stood up well to being washed a few times, again looking good as new.

It was very basic - I was surprised there are no options to add colours or pictures to the labels as I have ordered from other companies and could do that. It's nice when sorting laundry when you know 'green' is one child and you don't have to think at all.

I ordered early in the morning and believe they were dispatched the same day and arrived the next day, I was very impressed with how quickly they arrived. The confirmation email provided everything I needed to know.

They survived on a swimming costume and towel through chlorine being left wet in a swim bag all day and then washed at 60', I didn't expect them to stay on at all. My DD was really pleased with them as other stick on labels have ended up going crunchy on the label and make it really itchy where as so far these have stayed soft and she doesn't notice them at all. There are no signs of wear on any of them. I was really impressed and would purchase again

Very much so. I kept putting off ordering my sample and ended up doing it at the last minute on my phone and it was very straightforward.

Really liked the fact the packaging wasn't wasteful - also loved the 'order five freebies for a friend to try'.

Very easy to follow. I was able to get a batch of new summer uniform labelled in just a couple of minutes.

5. What did you stick the labels onto?
I was surprised at the range of different surfaces it said the labels would work on and half expected some of them would work better than others but so far everything has stayed stuck - on fabric (cardigans), shoes and water bottle / lunchbox plastic.

6. How well did the print and labels survive throughout wear and after washing?
I only put them on on Thursday so it's early days but all uniform went through the wash and the labels were still on and fine and not looking scratty this morning.

The real revelation was my daughter's water bottle. I've spent an entire year writing her name on it in Sharpie every morning because no label has ever stayed stuck and even so-called permanent pen comes off in the dishwasher every evening. So far the water bottle is looking great and the label is intact - total game changer!

3. I really didn’t like that the labels were in an unnecessary plastic slip envelope. Think of the waste!

Some notes I made:

25.5.21 order placed. Website easy to use. Liked PayPal as payment option. Disappointed that the labels are basic black and white. My usual ones are coloured with choice of icon including uploading own one. Liked being able to add five of a different name for a friend. Email confirmation came through quickly but I got two copies which would have worried me that I had paid twice if it was a normal order.
Order dispatch email a few hours later.

26.5.21 order arrived. Clear from envelope what it was. Disappointed to find unnecessary plastic packaging on the inside. Name labels are a good size but boring compared to other brands.
