An update to my feedback if allowed?

One label has come off in the wash - this was attached to a school polo shirt.

The email came through quickly and told me when to expect my labels. The email was attractive itself with the graphic at the bottom.

Very easy to use. Instructions clear and easy to follow. DS (5) applied most of them himself.

All labels have stayed attached despite repeat washing. I was especially surprised how well the water bottle label has lasted.

The website was really straightforward and easy to use and only took me a couple of minutes. Email communication was great, with order confirmation coming through quickly and with all the info I needed and then further emails with dispatch information.

The packaging was the right size, easily recyclable and had all the relevant information.

The labels were really easy to use, we put them on clothing as well as suncream, sun hat, water bottle and lunchbox and despite wear, washing and children handling it all, everything is still in place and perfect. I will definitely purchase again as they are so easy and quick to use and are proving very resilient.

I was a loyal user of this product until I moved overseas. They won't send to Australia. I'm happy to pay additional postage. Still won't.
Envelopes won't cost the earth to send here, very disappointed.

It’s very simple and clear, which on the downside makes it seems a little amateurish but I’m sure some logos and marketing will spruce it up. Personally I didn’t like the colour scheme at all! Especially the red text on the purple drop down menus.. not easy on the eyes!

Did you think the website was user friendly?

It was easy although we were given step by step instructions beforehand on how to order. It‘s great to have a preview of what the label will look like. I did find the delivery and upgrade option odd, which was distracting more than anything else.

Yes. Extremely quick and hassle free. I like receiving updates when the item has been sent out and being given the expected timeframe, as well as reminder of the order contents itself.

The confirmation and update emails are very detailed. My only feedback is that they’re overly wordy and unstructured, and could be condensed into shorter and easier to digest summaries.

It was good and well packed, nothing stand out compared to other brand labels. I do like to see some kind of thicker card propping up the stickers, which makes them easier to handle and store.

Easy to peel off, and just as difficult to avoid touching the sticky side as other labels! Stick well, although rather floppy so they end up crinkled, however this also makes them harder for little fingers to try and pry off, so the trade off is worth it.

Very clear and helpful instructions, happy with them.

I liked that it arrived as normal post so no messing around and no excess packaging. The information was clear and easy to follow. The labels themselves were a bit boring in appearance.

The print looks exactly the same after several washes. I have found two labels in the washing machine after the last was of school clothes ( 40c cotton's). The both have come off jumpers so I am not sure if the labels are different to stick too as everything else is firmly on. The first coat sticker went after a day but the replacement has laster better. The bottles and shoes are stuck firmly.

1. Website was easy to use. I like how you could see what the labels would look like with your chosen text. That helped me decide whether to chose the name over one line or two.

1. Yes. Labels arrived quickly. I ordered on Tues night and they arrived on Thursday. I received confirmation email immediately after ordering (I always get nervous if these take a while to come through)

1. Order was well packaged. Slim envelope and a couple of pieces of paper, one with instructions and the other a receipt.

1. Instructions were easy to follow. Very easy to peel off labels and stick on items. Much quicker than iron on items. Also I noticed that the Stikins labels on shirts don't irritate my son's skin like the iron on ones sometimes do.

1. Football boot bag, lunch bag, water bottles, cap, jumpers, tshirts, shorts, school coat, swim shorts, tennis racket. Everything in sight as they were so easy to use.

1. So far so good. Clothing has only been washed once or twice so far so can't say whether they will last long term. The labels on the water bottles look stuck for life. However I have noticed on one water bottle the name has been scuffed up, so at some point I may need to put another label over the top. Even so, they still last longer than our previous method of writing the name with permanent marker.

A. The confirmation email confirmed my address, the name I wanted printed and when I should get my labels which is the key information I wanted to check.

A. I wasn’t expecting the small bag which I thought was an unnecessary use of plastic. Maybe it’s biodegradable but this wasn’t obvious. I like how clear the details about the school fundraising were as I didn't realise this was a thing.

Although I didn’t like the bag, the instructions for different applications were nice and clear and easy to find, which is a bonus for a busy parent doing a hundred things at once.

A. The instructions were very clear and made life a little easier! They were incredibly easy to use. Remembering not to wash things for 24 hours was a bit of shame but not a deal breaker by any means.

A. I used the labels on school clothing, my son’s hats for school, shoes and school drink bottle and sun cream. Definitely a lot of easier than finding a maker/pen that works.

A. So far so good. I’ve washed the bottle with the stickers multiple times now and both have stayed put, both on the bumpy lid and the smooth face of the bottle.

The stickers have remained in place on the other items too, with clothing being washed and tumble dried.

The stickers look good as new so far which is great as I’ve tried another brand previously which had cute pictures, but these faded over time looking a little shabby.

I would definitely purchase again as they’re so straightforward to use and there’s no fuss in the order process or application. I think school appreciate them too!

1. I was very pleased with the service I received I got a confirmation email to confirm my order and meant I could check the details were correct and also got a dispatched email. The delivery was very fast.

Survived well, I’m interested to see if they last a full school year! I think they will, they look sturdy.

Answer: yes I was very pleased, the order was completed and sent to me within a couple of days. Was very happy with the email and the timing of the product being sent.

Answer: the instructions on how to apply the labels was easy to understand, I think less plastic could have been used in the packaging.

Answer: They had stayed completely in place after washing even on the fastest spin, just looked exactly the same as before I had put them in to wash. They stay in place very well even whilst wearing.
