Pink Parcel and bettybox have asked us to find Mumsnetters to test their monthly subscription boxes with their daughters. To take part, you’ll need to be a Mumsnetter who uses femcare products and/or have a daughter using femcare products.

Some information from Pink Parcel and bettybox below:

We've had ours, neither fitted through letterbox.

Dh remembered yesterday that he sent the delivery guy away with a parcel in a name he didn't recognise last week. Must have been dds. Must say this has completely put me off the company.

To be fair the name scrambling might have been MNHQ’s fault, we don’t know yet, or do we?

The box/letterbox size mismatch and the crushed boxes OTOH are definitely the supplier’s fault.

I sent an email to let MN HQ know we still have not receive our replacement box with the things DD requested and the email bounced back undeliverable. Anyone else DD not received their replacement box with the correct contents yet?

My email was returned undelivered too.
At first I was quite sympathetic to the name mix up on my DD's box as she liked the contents but now having not even received my box and then not even being able to contact mnhq via the email link has made this whole product test a bit of a joke and has really put me off subscribing which is a shame as DD liked hers.

I am surprised there has been no interaction from MN Hq on this thread - as usually they comment or remind us to feedback by a certain date.
There has also not been any set review questions, which is unusual as well.

Maybe we all need to 'report' this thread and get a response that way as there has definitely been a problem that hasn't been satisfactorily resolved.

Another one here who has received naff all at all after being accepted. Had the email about the mix up but still nothing and the reply I sent them came back I delivered too.

Didn’t they say upthread they’ll send out the boxes with the incorrect names again? They won’t put up the feedback thread until they’ve done that.

Missing boxes, missing replacements, missing items, mixed up names...
Not a company I'd feel confident subscribing to in future tbh.
