This happens on our street a LOT and I just don't understand how people can be so inconsiderate, the gap between the wing mirror and wall isn't big enough for a child to slip through and the car is so huge it blocks pedestrians from seeing whats coming without stepping into the road.
Not to mention that he's parked on a T-junction.

I used to live in a house like the one pictured. By a train station. I actually got blocked in my house one day with the baby and the pram (spiral staircase to back garden with steps as on a hill) thanks to a CF like this

I wouldn't be able to resist a mild bit of vandalism there. Wing mirror should be shoved back and key down the side - as if someone had tried to get past on the pavement (I know they couldn't) and scraped alongside
