If you don't want to do flakes, you could melt some chocolate, stick it in ta piping bag and make a zigzag pattern on non stick paper. Let it set for a few minutes then peel the paper off.

Come on @ImportSave I have clearly demonstrated I have the creative flair of a one handed sloth. Zig zags? I think I need to concentrate on it not looking like it's singing smack ma bitch up.
