Name changed to this off the back of another thread a few weeks ago where I used the word Mortificado and my previous name had had Queen in it

Today I see someone else is now registered as TheQueenMortificado.

Wtf. It's myyyyy name. Aren't there rules around plagiarism like this???

TQM if you see this come forward and explain yourself!

Its called 'democracy' - one person, one vote,

POOF! THAT'll never catch on!

PopeMortificado · 29/11/2016 18:04

I didn't mean "marry you" as in become your spouse 2kids. I meant "marry you" as in carry out the ceremony.

This plainly and clearly demonstrates you were never a pope. A true pope would know that a true pope cannot be married as in become a spouse.

Popes are married to the Church love, innit?

And also disavow in theory the pleasures of the flesh. Where is that SisterMortificado?

ProfessorDragonOfMortificado · 29/11/2016 18:07

I'm in dad, but ... they appear to have eaten everyone else?

Oh! Also, I've just been invited to run NASA, so I'll be moving to America next week. You will come visit won't you?

They like dragons there, they were very friendly, and barely judged me at all for eating that Golden Eagle (before you say anything, I was just yawning as I flew along - you know that feeling when something flies right in? I rescued the eggs so you might be a grandfather before long.)

PrincessMortificado · 29/11/2016 18:08

She's using up my thread. Mummmmmmy.Envy

QueenMortifauxcado · 29/11/2016 18:13

Right well which one of you popes doesn't require me to join a cult? Because I'm already maxed out on this avocado box subscription and can't seem to cancel.

You can just battle it out at the altar if you like. Speed weddings, that's a thing now isn't it?

TheMortificadosDragon · 29/11/2016 18:13

The corgis are still fine, and centaur-boy can outrun mere humans easily.

Good luck in America! (#soproud). Though I've heard disturbing rumours about their dragon's dens, something to do with a being (not sure what species, not actually a dragon, some sort of interloper) who has attained great power by emitting toxic hot air. Still, if you survived Oxford I expect you'll be ok.

TheExecutionerQueenMortificado · 29/11/2016 18:14

It was an accident, Princess! Womanslaughter at worst.

Still, I need to keep in practice..

ProfessorDragonOfMortificado · 29/11/2016 18:32

Wait - you mean that wasn't some form of reality tv spectacle? Balls, I've just dragged everything to my new lair.

Come to think of it, someone did mutter something about immigrants taking their jobs. I just assumed "jobs" was the eagle's name and that they'd get over it.

Maybe they weren't being friendly when they said no problem and tried to shoot me?

I'm coming home pa! And I'm standing for PrimeMinisterMortificado too.

TheMortificadosDragon · 29/11/2016 18:44

You've got my vote, obv. And the corgis (didn't even have to bribe them with an extra tub of Caesar. Not to be confused with inferior product of similar name which isn't made to an old Roman recipe).

QueenMortifauxcado · 29/11/2016 19:06

Ah yes, similar but legally distinct.

Where are my popes? Why is this wedding not happening? Did I only get invited to the evening do?!

PrincessMortificado · 29/11/2016 19:08

Oh no I didn't forget to post the invites did I?

But the wedding's today. How embarrassing. Grin

2kids2dogsnosense · 29/11/2016 19:08

they were very friendly, and barely judged me at all for eating that Golden Eagle

Make are the next onto "fly in" isn't a Bald Eagle. They get ridiculously sentimental about anyone/thing eating their symbols of "freedom" even though they are one of the least free nations on earth.

2kids2dogsnosense · 29/11/2016 19:10

Where's the cheque,Queen

Not in the post, I hope.

TheExecutionerQueenMortificado · 29/11/2016 19:14

Wedding's off, Princess/Faux

PrincessMortificado · 29/11/2016 19:17

Yay!!!

So sorry to hear that GhostOfKate. Flowers

QueenMortifauxcado · 29/11/2016 19:21

Luckily I'd already cancelled the cheques to pay for a trip to Mauificado.

PrimeMinisterDragonMortificado · 29/11/2016 19:46

Friends! Mortificadians! Corgis! Raise your hands and paws - this is OUR DAY! I am proud of each and every one of you!

From this day forward we will live in a brighter, safer Mortificadia.

I vow to be the best Dragon Prime Minister there has ever been. I will stand up for truth, honour, and the Mortificadian way!

kingmortifacd0 · 29/11/2016 19:46

Daddy's home!!

(had a small bit of cosmetic surgery while I've been away)

PrincessMortificado · 29/11/2016 19:47
Shock

You SEE what encouraging the commoners does?

2kids2dogsnosense · 29/11/2016 19:48

Oh, dear!

This will all end in tears . . .

PrincessMortificado · 29/11/2016 19:49

Fake-Daddy hi! Sorry, wedding's off. Meant to text you, it's terribly tragic

(... Is it weird to ask everyone if we'll keep Mortificadia-ing after this thread? I'm going to miss this crazy family!)

QueenMortifauxcado · 29/11/2016 20:05

Well I'm not going anywhere. The real Queen seems to have scarpered and someone's got to keep you lot in check lest you over run the kingdom of Mumsnetia. That said, if the worst should happen I look forward to seeing the Flounces and AIBUs that will inevitably follow in your wake

QueenMortificado · 29/11/2016 20:12

The real Queen seems to have scarpered

I'm still here. Overseeing proceedings and keeping you lot in check. Civilians, the underclass, plebs, whatever you want to call it Wink

It's so weird seeing all the Mortificados on various other threads!!
