Right ive just ordered epsom salts from amazon, just a small pack £4 to try, also ordered the anusol. I cant wait for dp to go on amazon now so he can see what they recommend for us .

Im also willing (as ive just been and bought them already) to try the cat litter one. I have a party on saturday i need to loose 2 stone for, so this could be the thing im looking for!!

What exactly do you do with the cat litter - feels grim just imagining me rubbing cat litter on myself, but if it works ill be pissed off with the cat that shes been crapping on the only slimming secret ive had all this time!!

Well iirc you mix the cat litter with boiling water in a bucket/bowl til it's a thick wet clay consistency. Then when it's a bearable temp you smear it over you (arse/thighs and trunk) and then wrap up tightly in cling film and lay for about an hour while it absorbs toxins/excess moisture from the skin. Shower it off and tighten with a cold blast and you are left with lovely skin - it's apparently good for cellulite.

What's wrong with spanx? Obviously lypo and tummy tucks work but are drastic, painful and £££. At least with spanx you get a little work out every time you wrestle yourself in or out of them.

the only thing I'd say re Anusol wrap is to wrap the film round you as tightly as possible.
