Will a home made inch loss wrap using haemorrhoid cream and cling film work?

I've got Epsom salts and regularly use them.

Ok so school drop off and straight to boots as I'm not doing my spin class now. I am too impatient to lose three inches so need to get cracking.

I told my mum. she's struggling to get to grips with it. honestly - old people! it makes sense to me!

Decided to throw myself into the whole pampering experience.

I'm lying on my bed with an entire tube of Anusol smeared over my stomach and god knows how many metres of cling film wound round me. I've made a nutri blast in the nutri bullet so today is all about HEALTH!

The only thing I'd say is that I'd like to have wound the cling film a bit tighter but it's kind of hard when you're doing this alone!

Anyway, there's no stinging or burning or any sensation at all really. I'm going to leave it on for another twenty mins and then wipe it off and have a bath in Epsom salts. I shall then re measure and report back

I have to leave for work at 11.30 so can't spend too long on this utter madness

I think bugger all. The only loss will be in her purse!

The Anusol was 3 quid exactly and the cling film was already in the drawer so I can take the cost

I'm booking this lipo sculpt thing tomorrow when the salon opens. It's laser type lipo and is pricey but who knows? Maybe Anusol and salt baths will work first

Anything yet? I'm sitting with my car keys in hand ready to bolt to boots before the rush.

Ha ha, very funny! I actually bought the Anusol in Waitrose in the end.. There was a choice of a tube of cream and suppositories so made the decision easy for me.

I've just got out of my hot salt bath and will dry off and measure in a few mins.

I'm feeling .... Sleeker! This may be in my head however

I have no idea what you are talking about but health isn't the word that springs to mind! Just drink some water have a salad and go for a nice run!

I took one measurement only around the fattest part of my stomach.. Like I said, I'm not overweight but I have that dreaded apron of fat thing going on and it's just pure revolting ' overhang ' that I hide in jeans usually.

I've done the exact same measurement in the exact same place.

So , Anusol plus cling film followed by a heavily salted bath has resulted in a two inch loss!

Obviously I know this is temporary and will all be back when I drink or whatever. BUT for a special occasion - why not ?

I can just see my OHs face when I announce I'm doing it on the morning of our wedding!

Onto lipo sculpt next... I'll report back!

Oi! I am not Bridget Jones. No pants of steel for a start.

I took several pics .. One of the conveyor belt in waitrose showing the cream being purchased and one of me wrapped up. Trouble is, it's just a revolting image. And I ' look' no different to the naked eye. The apron of fat is still there , obviously.

But I feel... Sleeker! That's the word! Lighter maybe? Skin feels softer.

It's not a miracle worker but the tape measure does not lie!
