heidipi · 14/07/2014 10:48

Magnificent thread. This is why I love MN. Who is doing the cat litter?

TheWorldAccordingToJC · 14/07/2014 10:49

Hmm.

I don't start work until 2 tomorrow so could attempt cat litter then.

I do feel that someone else needs to step up now however

LuckySaint · 14/07/2014 10:51

TheWorldAccordingToJC · 14/07/2014 10:53

KatoPotato · 14/07/2014 10:54

I could be convinced to try the cat litter...

Tealady1983 · 14/07/2014 11:08

Kato kato kato kato Wink

BOFster · 14/07/2014 11:09

"Sleeker" Grin...

I wouldn't put it near your eyes- apparently the formula is different nowadays, and they took an ingredient out so it doesn't do much for puffy eyes any more (have a google). You'd be better dabb

BOFster · 14/07/2014 11:11

ing in circle motions with wrapped ice cubes of green tea, if you want a budget version of something effective.

Re the Apron Of Despair, I think proper shapewear is the way to go.

TheWorldAccordingToJC · 14/07/2014 11:14

Kato! yes - you're a game bird as I recall. we nominate you.

TheWorldAccordingToJC · 14/07/2014 11:16

I got the shape wear at the weekend along with my dress.

I've got 40 odd days to trial home made stuff too!

BOFster · 14/07/2014 11:17

Green tea tip- I've seen the video she links before, and I'm sure it mentions one of those wesawyoucoming.com beauty houses does a commercial version for £££££s.

MrsCakesPremonition · 14/07/2014 11:18

I love MN threads where the OP selflessly experiments on herself for the entertainment education and benefit of the community.
Does anyone else remember the lego intestinal transit thread?

I remember the Lego one.
We were all waiting for the op to go to the loo.

MrsCakesPremonition · 14/07/2014 11:25

yy Lucky. But it was all in the name of science Grin.

RandallFloyd · 14/07/2014 11:32

2inches? 2 actual inches? Shock

Where does one buy Epsom salts? Is it just table salt?
What do I do with it?

MrsKoala · 14/07/2014 11:47

Wow OP. I'm so doing this post baby!

I would volunteer for the cat litter (as i am the bugger who suggested it - i suppose i should) BUT i am 32wks pregnant and i doubt it's good for the baby. I will defo try it after the baby tho...promise Wink

nilbyname · 14/07/2014 11:53

Oh my god, I have eaten my hat!

Thats blinking amazing!

LuckySaint · 14/07/2014 12:10

Epsom salts can be bought from most chemists Randall.
I've bought a box from sainsburys pharmacy for about £9. It's the magnesium sulphate one you want (for bathing)
There's a different one for drinking.

I recently got a huge box from Amazon for £20.
You need to use a decent cup/mug full for each bath.

BrunoBrookesDinedAlone · 14/07/2014 12:18

More suggestions for your patent:

'Litto-Sculpt'

'Pile Off The Pounds'

MisForMumNotMaid · 14/07/2014 12:33

Wow, just wow.

I think we need more measurements though. Will it be like a very small scale version of flubber i.e. when you drink you're suddenly your pre wrap size or will it be more like a mm an hour slow return.

We need a full and thorough report.

sillymillyb · 14/07/2014 12:54

Really?? Reallly??!!?!?!

This is bloody marvellous - I'm going to go to the shops later and try it.

You aren't fibbing just to make me look a twat are you? I am ridiculously excited about this (the weight loss, not the looking a twat part)

Will you measure yourself later too and see if you have kept the inches off please?

TheFirmament · 14/07/2014 13:11

The news tomorrow.

MN causes urgent international pile cream shortage.
Angry haemorrhoid sufferers organise (awkwardly slow) protest march.
