I always get philtrum and frenulum mixed up not that you'd really want to confuse the two...

I don't know if this had been covered, I'm afraid I don't have time to review all 17 pages. Get swabbed for thrush. These aren't conclusive if they come back negative, but a positive will obviously help. I had vaginal itching that was so painful it was waking me up in the night, (but didn't show up on swabs). Impervious to fluconazole. I've been on a course of something called itraconazole, which is a broader spectrum anti fungal. It is definitely helping (though 7 months in it's still there).
