Kids eye views of the Royal Wedding.

So, we're sat here watching the Royal Wedding. As Kate was stood in the abbey, being straightened out, DS said "Mummy, the princess wants to sit down". He now thinks they're going to have a party where they drink fruit shoots and coke... Hmm

Meanwhile, my youngest niece (aged 6) thinks Princess Diana has come back from the dead. She's also informed her parents that she wants her wedding to be exactly the same... Grin

Anyone else had any corkers from their kids today?

DD (5) "when will we see them dancing?".

She was very disappointed when I told her that the TV doesn't actually show everything.

DD (3 in a couple of weeks), when she saw the queen

'She looks like a duck.'

'Why are they wearing nighties?' at some members of the foreign royal families.

DD(3) thought it was something to do with Reading and wondered why we weren't going (we go there to meet my mum when DD goes to stay with her as it is half way). We've been to a few weddings with her and she gets confused so when we actually do go to Reading she talks about going to The Reading!
