Not claiming any special knowledge myself (apart from am about to migrate in next couple of months!), but wanted to keep this going - will post link to the original thread next -) as it seemed to be helping and calming so many people.
Thanks for all valuable contributions everyone.

@thisfilmisboring123 thank you, have done as you suggested. Reassuring you think I’ll be eligible, thanks

I had to send 3 messages, ring for an escalation 4 times, and put in a formal complaint before getting a reply from my case manager! That was also about missing carers element btw. Apparently if you have no work requirements you also have no work coach, so your journal isn't checked regularly 🙄

Ah OK! Thanks. I naively was looking forward to easy communication via an online journal, rather than hours on the Tax Credits telephone line 😂. Sounds like it won’t be quite that easy… I’d better call up. I have the disabled child element, and no work commitments, so not sure why the Carers Element was missed..

Calling up does nothing, the staff on the phone can't actually deal with anything much. They just message the case manager and tell them to read your journal! As you can see from the screenshot, it took ages for anyone to deal with this exact same issue for me, and it wasn't until I put in a formal complaint that anyone responded and sorted it out. I finally got a response on 13th June 🙄
