I won't comment on whether she's a vegan, veggie or anything else. That's her choice, but to try and use her dietary choices to sell C9's is wrong. The C9 just messes up your metabolism. Any qualified health expert will tell you that. The number of calories is just too low.
These products are so damaging long term. The only proven way to manage your weight is a healthy lifestyle. Eat the right amount of calories and your body and exercise regularly. It's not rocket science.
I know for a fact that most people who do a C9, don't keep up with healthy eating or exercise. They do them 3-4 times a year, just to sell them, and almost always pile the weight back on, plus more.
The only bots you see doing these, who remain slim, are the ones who have a healthy lifestyle. If all of these bots stopped doing C9's, the majority of them wouldn't gain weight. They would simply stay the same.
I sometimes wonder if they subconsciously pile on the pounds on purpose, just so that they can show a good bloated 'before photo'. The after photos then are bound to look good, because all that stomach bloat disappears. It is just water mainly though. Maybe 1-2lbs of fat, but that is inevitable for the teeny amount of calories consumed in 9 days.
I remember several of the bots were used as guinea pigs for the new FIT programme. I think it was a 2 month programme done with a dietitian and a PT. I will say the results were impressive, BUT, this was done with a strict diet and exercise programme. It would have been achieved exactly the same without the FLP products.
It beggars belief that bots are still allowed to peddle these programmes. The government has an obesity crisis and these kinds of products give people false hope that their obesity can be cured by drinking a bit of gloop and taking a few pills for 9 days.
