I find the coaching businesses very strangely compelling - not least because I have no idea what most of their programmes actually consist of! There's lots of words on their business pages but no hard content. I'm slightly worried I'm going to end up signed to one just to find out....
There is an ex FL bot who went into publishing (worked with Roomies book) and a lot of her clients seem to coach and have very glossy lifestyles. Her mentor claims to have spent 80k in a year on coaching when she wanted to start earning a passive income
. If I had that much money and an interest in business I think I'd want to go for a top level MBA myself.
I actually find the coaching industry more impenetrable than MLMs . At least an MLM has a defined product (even if that's not where the money is) and a compensation scheme (even if impenetrable). Are coaches delivering a product people are satisfied with? I have no idea and would have no idea how to choose a good coach if I did want to sign up for a course.
