I need more help to find Vanbot, partly because I’m not sure who Welsh bot is! Perhaps the first letter of the surname of the Lady in the Van?

I’m also very curious about Messiah not being named as a director of his Dublin outfit. I’d hate to think he was planning ahead for a time when he would have to disappear with other people’s money leaving Mrs Messiah carrying the can.

Underhiseye2 · 06/07/2020 10:28

Castle.bot was 4th. Welsh bot was 6th. In the UK in 2018. A quick Google and click on images shall reveal.

Getthekettleon2020 · 06/07/2020 10:32

I see vanbot has set up ltd co with hubby and accounts due Feb 2021.
I don’t know current rules on mortgages & insurances but wouldn’t they need to have BTL mortgage on the house.Have they seen nightmare tenants?
Homeschool looks like a rabbit in headlights on current lives.

acatcalledjohn · 06/07/2020 10:42

@YouokHun

First name: Ex FL bot who joined the threads here for a while (surname viral infection affecting the nerves, related to chicken pox)

Surname: A four letter town in Hertfordshire which starts with a W, and sounds the same as what you do with clothing or make up, or what happens to your car tyres over time.

YouokHun · 06/07/2020 11:13

Thanks @acatcalledjohn. Another standard issue faux-successful bot 🙄. I like what she allegedly studied at university; criminology probably offers a relevant curriculum for the would be bossbabe.

Underhiseye2 · 06/07/2020 11:21

All homeschools photos are the same. Same grin. Same hair. Same angle. Same head shot.

Spongebobette · 06/07/2020 11:30

Gosh I just happened across the FL UK bonus cheques for 2017
There were 108 UK ones, and some of the top ones a decent amount
Several have jumped ship since

Spongebobette · 06/07/2020 11:39

Is that Liquid Gold stuff that Homeschool is giving away the stuff that has animal cartilage in it?

YouokHun · 06/07/2020 11:39

Homeschool has unwisely started tweeting again. Apparently she is “helping people see the greatness in themselves”.

Spongebobette · 06/07/2020 11:46

Oh she’s just posting inspirational copy and paste bollocks

Spongebobette · 06/07/2020 11:49

Eg

Successful people are searching for a way to help others. Unsuccessful people are wondering "what's in it for me?

unoeufisunoeuf1 · 06/07/2020 12:31

Meanwhile, Phd has OFFICIALLY built her second six-figure business!

BSintolerant · 06/07/2020 12:41

I wonder what’s so official about it?

fromdownwest · 06/07/2020 13:05

@unoeufisunoeuf1 - I have lost track of that one, think she has drunk all of the Kool-Aid. Her posts are just inane rambling about pseudo science nonsense, claims of super earnings and overall weirdness.

I wonder is HMRC are looking at her earning 100k +, also wonder if Australian Border and Customs are taking note of her working in Australia?

Out of all of them, I think this one has got the most lost down the rabbit hole of over inflated self belief.

unoeufisunoeuf1 · 06/07/2020 13:21

I know - I find her strangely compelling. I wonder if she actually believes all the stuff she writes. Such a weird mix of faux-spirituality and all-out corporate sounding greed. It seems to win her some fans though.

JasperRising · 06/07/2020 13:56

I find the coaching businesses very strangely compelling - not least because I have no idea what most of their programmes actually consist of! There's lots of words on their business pages but no hard content. I'm slightly worried I'm going to end up signed to one just to find out....

There is an ex FL bot who went into publishing (worked with Roomies book) and a lot of her clients seem to coach and have very glossy lifestyles. Her mentor claims to have spent 80k in a year on coaching when she wanted to start earning a passive income Shock. If I had that much money and an interest in business I think I'd want to go for a top level MBA myself.

I actually find the coaching industry more impenetrable than MLMs . At least an MLM has a defined product (even if that's not where the money is) and a compensation scheme (even if impenetrable). Are coaches delivering a product people are satisfied with? I have no idea and would have no idea how to choose a good coach if I did want to sign up for a course.

Getthekettleon2020 · 06/07/2020 14:22

Yawn thinks gembot can get chairman’s bonus when her own last 3 cheques have bounced into a parallel universe.
Looks like Uber is getting a haircut 💇‍♀️ much like her cheque.
Roll on 2021 wonder what the excuses will be about not working the bizniz in 2020.

Norma27 · 06/07/2020 14:47

Yawn is despicable with her blatant lies.
Also pretending nurse could make £2k per month by the end of the year.
She will be lucky to make £2.

9dartfinish2nd · 06/07/2020 15:07

Where would you go to if you were someone who had a complaint about one of these coaches? There's no regulatory body who keeps life/business coaches in check. They are free to charge thousands of pounds for very little in return it seems.
It's becoming a bigger scam than MLM in my opinion.

BSintolerant · 06/07/2020 16:41

Coaching should be regulated. I wonder how many coaches give their clients contracts which have been drawn up by a legal advisor? How many have litigation insurance? A quick Google suggests that life coaches have found themselves in court for a number of reasons.

barberousbarbara · 06/07/2020 16:59

I normally lurk but I've been reading these threads since Eyes. I've been spending a lot of time on YouTube watching anti-MLM videos. I was interested that video popped up about Mermology

9dartfinish2nd · 06/07/2020 17:25

The last 12 months has seen a deluge of youtuber's producing anti-mlm content. Something that simply wasn't there 4 or 5 years ago when I first realised the extent of the damage these companies were causing people.

RogueApostrophe · 06/07/2020 17:46

@barberousbarbara Great link! Mermaid Bot will flip her lid when she sees that!

barberousbarbara · 06/07/2020 18:58

@9dartfinish2nd I've noticed that most anti-MLMers on YouTube are ex-hunbots.

@RogueApostrophe that's what I thought.

CodenameVillanelle · 06/07/2020 19:25

Hahaha the person who made that video didn't notice that eye bag merbot and made up merbot were the same person!
