I'm so happy to see the thread has been ticking along with so many new people joining us

It's been a shitty couple of weeks for me. I started out the new year with an awful sore throat, and it turns out I have glandular fever, so I've been too exhausted for any serious money making.

I'm actually really enjoying Chip! It's proving to be a great way to stash all the little bits of money from profilic etc. so I can see it actually adding up to something.

This morning I've switched bank accounts (£100 for joining, then £100 if I leave unhappy in six months) and managed to reduce my life insurance policy by £9 a month, and get £85 cashback for doing so via Quidco, so I'm trying to be productive.

@MrsWombat thanks for the heads up on Bnner - I wasn't preapproved (despite doing Bane) but just taken and passed the test. Hopefully this will be a project with regular work crosses fingers*

Now I really want to know why! Everyone else is passing it.

@Lougle I’ve had a look back on the link and it just says computer with a secure internet connection and iOS or android device less than 3 years old. They’re not asking me to use my computer but my iOS device so I think that would need to be under 3 years old.

Lougle I did fill out a questionnaire. I know that I was asked the age of my phone, but can't remember if I was asked the age of my computer. I know that I answered filled it in truthfully though.

Initially I applied for 3 posts, but was informed that I wasn't suitable for 2 of them and the other was full. A few days later, I then received an email stating that I may be suitable for another position, and inviting me to complete the exam.

I only applied 2 weeks ago.

I've been turned down for Lionbridge with no reason given. Not heard from Crisp after applying a year ago. My Appen project should finish next month and the other I have applied for have been pending for almost a year

Should Banner go into your projects qualified for if you pass? I never had a email to say I had failed but just a email to say thank you for registering for this project we will be in touch depending on business opportunities.

Neither of the ones I've just qualified for seem like they will be immediate starters, hopefully we get something through soon

I got a "congratulations at this time we would like to invite you to proceed" email from appen. That's the most positive thing I've heard so far, I hope I actually get to do something!

With the neevo utterance tasks, are you writing comments for them?

I had an invitation for the Neevo task this morning but it finished after I had only heard about 7 of the utterances! I'm not sure if I got screened out for taking too long - not sure if Neevo does that?... I kept getting called into another room at home by my partner so it took me quite a while to submit each answer. I did leave comments on each of the ones that I did though.

Hmm...just took the Banner test but it didn't tell me if I passed or not, just gave me the generic 'thankyou for your application' message. I wonder if it is full up already?

@SimplyBlue same here, I got the email this morning (looks like some have had it for a few days), I managed 4, had to head in to a meeting and when I tried to continue earlier it says there's no more tasks - think we were just late to the party on that one!

I took the Neevo test and passed in the last thread, but now I've gone into Neevo and it isn't showing and I've been invited to take the test again. It's not a long treat, but a bit bizarre. Has anyone else had that?

@DuchessMinnie I expect there are many people who lurk rather than post, so more competition than it seems! Hopefully you'll get one soon.

@rhij86 I managed 56 last night and I wrote comments, I went back on at lunchtime today and it's saying not available. This happened to me on my last task aswell, I kept randomly checking and eventually I got back in to complete it.
