I know there have been numerous threads on this topic, but I have struggled to understand how to go about getting started. The more I read about it the more overwhelmed I become. Spreadsheets, separate bank accounts , odds, blah blah . It may as well be quantum mechanics!
I need the money for a specific reason so I need to get to grips with it all and get started. I am an intelligent person, I just need to persevere.
I would really appreciate some very basic advice. I know about OddsMonkey and other sites. I have watched the videos and understand the basic concept, but then I am lost. I don't want to make mistakes and lose money.
Help!

The BOB code is BOB21

Golden0ldie · 15/02/2019 17:02

Has anyone received an email for the Mr Green offer this weekend? Bet £30 on combination bets and receive a £10 fb. Combination bet? Do they mean an Acca? If so, I have only done the introductory accas which are layed sequentially, can anyone advise how to do it please.

titchy · 15/02/2019 17:04

Betfair have acca markets:

thefavourite · 15/02/2019 17:45

So do Smarkets - just put ACCA in the search box.

Fluffycloudland77 · 15/02/2019 18:03

Did anyone see the fansbet £30 offer for the Man Utd game on Monday? Refund as cash up to £30 if your bet loses. It’s for new customers.

Gammer What is a low risk casino offer?. Thank you.

Pupsiecola · 16/02/2019 11:09

I'm 3 weeks in and have made £351 profit but that's mostly good welcome offers and they're all but dried up now. I'm going to read this thread today and make notes, because there must be a way to consistently keep adding to the profit coffers.

Gammeldragz · 16/02/2019 11:25

Fluffy - low risk is stuff like wager £10 for 10 free spins. Mathematically the odds are now in your favour, doesn't always work out that way though! High risk is still in your favour but you risk more cash and will lose it 80% of the time. There's guides on TP and OM. I've been doing it since end of October after I finished the sports sign ups and now most of my profit comes from casino. You need a fair bit of bank funds to ride out the variance (you will be down some days).
I'm on £1k+ for February.

Gammeldragz · 16/02/2019 11:28

William Hill scratch of the day offer, bet £10 on racing get £5 FB, made nearly £4 on that in a few minutes.

Fluffycloudland77 · 16/02/2019 16:10

£7 free bet, £12 virgin games on an offer of deposit £10 and play a box game. Won £12 and withdrew.

Thank you Gammel I’ve been overlooking low risk casino offers without realising it.

Fluffycloudland77 · 16/02/2019 16:41

£14.80 on BOB bingo, that’s £34 today.

Coppermine · 16/02/2019 17:40

Pupsiecola how many welcome offers have you done? I've opened 40 accounts (some casino/games) since 3rd December and nearly hit my first £1k. Have dabbled with some reloads and other offers but the bulk is sign ups.

DonkeyScramble · 16/02/2019 19:03

OMFG. I was doing an offer today where you deposit £50 and get a £50 bonus with x7 wagering requirements on the total. I was doing marvelously at winning on the exchange, thereby avoiding the wagering requirements. Final bet was odds 23 on a horse....it only bloody won! I now have to bet another £350 of QL at least.

Pupsiecola · 16/02/2019 20:32

Copper I just checked. I've done 29 sign up offers so far. I've not done any ACCAs, yet.

Fluffycloudland77 · 17/02/2019 13:26

How do you sell your free share on 212Trading? My account value says £1 but the shares worth £9 🤨

I’m doing a sign up on Expekt. It’s a simple bet £10, get £10 free bet and their on the oddsmatcher but it’s not in the sign up offers.

I was desperate to do a Dutch today but it was all Aussie bookies. Bit odd.

Golden0ldie · 17/02/2019 14:43

Fluffy, thanks for sharing the Fansbet offer ... it looks worth doing. It would be the risk free calculator, wouldn’t it?

I didn’t do the Mr Green offer as the odds weren’t goid enough, ql was around £6 so not worth it.

Did quite a few mug bets yesterday ... want to start using some of the bookies again prior to Cheltenham.

Have read and reread the casino guides and m no clearer. How can you possibly win anyth8ng on the sign-up offers when the wagering is x99?! I did the Betfair offer and won .... 30p 🍾. Is Mecca bingo worth doing without BOB? I’ve about 36 bookie sign-ups, hose that are left on OM are trickier, or requiring more cash. Casino is calling but it scare me!

misstiggiwinkle · 17/02/2019 16:27

Ok I need a bit of a sense check re Casino. Been playing 'Spinandwin's welcome offer today and in the past the only ones I've done are risk free due to a matched cash back amount (Quidco and the like) so not been fussed when I don't win and end up motoring through my deposit. This time however I thought I'd take a punt on a bigger deposit (and therefore free funds) offer but have struck out time and time again and lost it all. Am I doing this wrong as I'm now £60 down today and feel like I'm starting to chase my loses.

How do those of you that actually make good money from the casinos do it without relying on cash back?

miltonroad · 17/02/2019 19:10

With casino you need to be on a lot of offers, I pretty much do any one that I can find with a + estimated value (ev) it is a risk but I’ve never been down in a month yet and made loads. If your on oddsmonkey there’s a pretty good intro to casino in the forums

Fluffycloudland77 · 18/02/2019 08:21

£11.50 heart bingo box game. Deposited £10, won £11.50. Withdrew.

Coppermine · 18/02/2019 16:26

I officially made my first £1000 today!

Here's to many more... 😂

Gammeldragz · 18/02/2019 17:10

misstiggywinkle that sounds like a high risk offer if you're depositing for bonus cash as the wagering is usually 30x upwards. You will lose ALL your own cash 80-90% of the time. I don't do those. Don't touch high risk unless you've got thousands in the bank!

I make £1k+ a month on low risk offers.

Gammeldragz · 18/02/2019 17:11

Coppermine congratulations! I hit £9k yesterday, started in August.

Gammeldragz · 18/02/2019 17:13

Fluffycloud I can't see that welcome offer, only a 5% one? Shame as it's a good offer.

PeterGriffinsPenisBeaker · 18/02/2019 17:41

I have been doing it for a month now and made just over 1k. Tried my first e/w on the place markets today at PP and Coral but according to PA, it looks like I'm risking £4 to set my And after matching at the exchange for a potential £40 win. My horse lost anyway but is this normal?

Coppermine · 18/02/2019 18:14

Gammel amazing! I can't imagine making that amount yet.

Have you treated yourself to anything yet? I go on holiday end June so will be using some of what I've earned for that.
