I know there have been numerous threads on this topic, but I have struggled to understand how to go about getting started. The more I read about it the more overwhelmed I become. Spreadsheets, separate bank accounts , odds, blah blah . It may as well be quantum mechanics!
I need the money for a specific reason so I need to get to grips with it all and get started. I am an intelligent person, I just need to persevere.
I would really appreciate some very basic advice. I know about OddsMonkey and other sites. I have watched the videos and understand the basic concept, but then I am lost. I don't want to make mistakes and lose money.

Have you checked your transaction/bet history on Mecca? I thought I'd won a round last night but I had seen the second part of the message that flashes up on screen "...you have won!" Not the first, "Congratulations, ^username that is not me.." iyswim. It should have been credited instantly.

I Won £27 on bob last night but by chasing a loss . Won £6 on bob after a £9 spend, so spent the remaining £1 on a slot, shit myself cos the slot seemed to go into auto and I couldn't get it to stop and it had hit some kind of bonus round and I watched my profit go up, very satisfying! Oh and RE a large bet I don't think it makes you any more profit because your profit is on the portion of it that is a free bet. I'd put money on a large stake bet like that getting you gubbed straight away, too.

Playing with your winnings is a good strategy. You'll want to build up a big bank in the exchange, and so that you can have money in multiple bookies' offers at the same time :)

I am having a problem working out if I should be ticking SNR or SR on the oddsmatcher calculator.
As my stake has been returned in one sense but it's just floating around in bets.

Does that even make sense.

Free bets are usually snr, trigger bets are in normal mode.

What is the SR option for? When you've withdrawn everything you've put in already?

Eh? Withdrawing or not makes no difference to the calculation. When you put on a normal bet that wins you get your stake back plus profit. If you put on a free bet that wins you just get the profit - the free bet doesn't get added - that's SNR. Very occasionally you could get the free bet stake back as well as the profit - that's SR.

Lost 98p on a triggerbet, wagering through forthe bet365 offer. Won 5 free spins for doing so but they were duds 🤷🏻‍♀️

DonkeyScramble I have found the casino reload offers very profitable! I take blackjack options where possible (swot up on how to play blackjack tactics online) to wager if there is a wagering deposit requirement. It sounds like the offers you mention you don't need to spend your deposit, you could just play the box game free then withdraw your £10 but read the Ts and Cs carefully first.
