Just the word "academy" made me snigger . Most people would just call it a training day or a day course . "Academy" though lol

Eyespying · 16/07/2015 13:21

Peacheykeen -You might be interested to look at this 'Forever Business Academy' link, which has been sent to my Blog by a worried Romanian woman living in the UK. She says she doesn't know what to do, because a younger member of her husband's family initially told her that she was attending an 'American business school in Romania,' but then sent the link to the 'FLP Academy.'

Hats off to Lili A on the other forum who has just done a sterling job of trying to highlight what a massive fraud these MLMs are. Lili A. if you're in here, thank you x

Peacheykeen · 16/07/2015 14:10

Thanks eyespying finding your posts informative you have a lot of knowledge in regards to Mlm. I would love you to turn up at one of their training sessions I don't think they would be ready for you lol

trinitybleu · 16/07/2015 14:13

one of my FLbots is at the Academy today too, complete with her bright yellow, plastic-y shoulder bag. She also invited me to an event and I pressed decline before thinking ... What could I have learned from her?! Smile

Eyespying · 16/07/2015 14:22

What indeed could have been learned from any FLbot, that couldn't have been learned from 'Younique's' own training?

Peacheykeen · 16/07/2015 14:41

Lol Trinity those bags are bloody vile they wear them like a badge of honour. On another thread someone likened their appearance to a yellow grit bin and its so true. We have a grit bin on our road (don't know why it's July!) and every time I walk past it can't help but think of FLbot living the dream with that disgusting bag.

trinitybleu · 16/07/2015 20:14

What's your point eye ... that's clearly a make up bag. You don't tote it around on your shoulder in public and it's not in a highlighter pen colour so no one can miss it ... no one sees it. It's also not a presenter perk.

Eyespying · 16/07/2015 20:43

Ah, of course, it's a picture of an invisible 'Younique' bag.

MN readers are probably now wondering which one of the '9 Younique Rules to Succeed' that response comes under ?

Here's another picture of 'Younique' bag (which again has obviously been made to be as inconspicuous as possible).

honeycuttcreations.com/image/cache/data/Tote%20Bags/Younique-500x500.png

Oh, and here's an entire range of invisible 'Younique' merchandise.

trinitybleu · 16/07/2015 21:44

They aren't Younique items. They are made by other individuals / companies and not endorsed by Younique.

Younique don't give them out, buy them, sell them or support them in any way.

Eyespying · 16/07/2015 21:58

MN members are now probably wondering how on Earth does this ordinary 'Younique' contractee, know so much about 'Younique?'

However, this is the classic (predictable) 'MLM' cult response.

The allied 'MLM' materials aren't made, or sold, by the main company, always by apparently-independent corporate stuctures. Therefore the main company is not responsible.

The fact remains that all these apparently 'independently sold' materials have been specifically designed to spread the 'Younique' racket, and have only been peddled to 'Younique' recruiters by their upline handlers for that very purpose.

www.businessforhome.org/2015/06/the-top-direct-selling-product-2015-poll/

FL is top fleecer of all MLMs, as voted by the bots! My FLbot would like you to know.

Bovnydazzler · 17/07/2015 07:09

I enjoyed that list lastuser. I've only heard of a few of them on there thought! My fave was #3 jewelry in candles.
I was confused by what it was, so found their website, you buy a candle and there is a jewel or ring hidden in every candle? Ridiculous!

www.jewelryincandles.com

Eyespying · 17/07/2015 07:45

What a surprise, the top direct selling product, false hope or the ego-building delusion of future redemption in a secure Utopian existence (which has been peddled by the approximately 1400 'MLM' mobs currently registered in the USA), doesn't feature on this list.

MarthasHarbour · 17/07/2015 11:06

Totally off topic, not sure if this random post is allowed Wink but my favourite MLM haunt - the FB local selling page has a post from someone asking - yes asking - if anyone makes those shitty glitter glasses as she wants some.

Every teacher in my area will be shitting themselves that they are getting some of this tat as an end of year pressie! Grin

Another half hearted post from my CrapFLBot today 'do you want to enjoy the summer? ask me how' errr i think i got it thanks Confused

Eyespying · 17/07/2015 12:51

lastuseraccount123 & Bovnydazzler If you follow the trail even further, you discover that a lot of typically-worthless 'MLM' wampum is lately being churned out in countries where labour costs are minimal.

www.alibaba.com/showroom/mlm-products.html
www.biocarelife.in/

Cninese, Indian, etc., manufacturers, and wholesalers, are queueing-up to sell 'MLM' wampum to any customer with cash, and at knock-down prices.

In other words, these days, literally anyone can start their own copy-cat 'MLM' cultic racket on a shoe-string, and indeed, that's exactly what's been happening.

lastuseraccount123 · 17/07/2015 15:59

Order going in tonight so please get in touch to stock up on your favourite products or ask about anything new you'd like to try!! Thanks, FLbot

TalcumMucker · 18/07/2015 07:08

Well ignoring my bot's message asking me to help with her presentation didn't work as she messaged again last night to check I'd received it. FFS I'm on holiday and she knows this as she asked me where I'd gone. So I replied shirt and sweet saying 'good luck with your project but it's not something I'm interested in'

I also see she's doing the Clean 9 for the second time (at least), just how often do they have to put themselves through that and claim they love it do you think?

trinitybleu · 18/07/2015 13:10

Looks like my eagle FLbot has sent her hubby to training today. He works full time. No time with the kids for him today ...

tribpot · 18/07/2015 13:23

How awful. Presumably she gets some kind of kickback if she 'recruits' him for the training course?

The Clean9 is some kind of fasting/detox I assume - no doubt with aloe vera featuring heavily. This must make them even more susceptible to mind control.

trinitybleu · 18/07/2015 14:06

You get paid for every signup so the first thing they do is sign up their spouse and then call it a family business ...
