So pleased for you bootles. Nice to see you back here too. Hopefully getting past that huge milestone will help with the anxiety as it starts to sink in. Are you feeling movement? Have you got another scan at all?

Brilliant news again paws, a great start for you.

bootles · 20/09/2015 08:23

Thanks march, yes regular movement now which is great but also brings another level of worry! It's been a strange few weeks with everything changing at home/resigned and left work/working on next steps, so very busy which is probably helpful in a way. The anxiety is still there, but am getting a grip. Another scan at 33 wks as per the study I am in through my epu.

How are you doing? How many weeks now? Are you still feeling very unwell? X

BumbleBee0 · 20/09/2015 08:53

Great news on your scan paws!

bootles great to hear from you and wonderful news on your scan. That must have been really hard being in the same room so glad the sonographer was sensitive and lovely. I really hope you can start to relax more now and enjoy it, but completely understandable that the anxiety will always be there to some degree. X

Minnie74 · 20/09/2015 10:57

Fantastic news paws Grin

And great news too bootles lovely to have the reassurance of some movements.

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 20/09/2015 11:29

Thanks guys, I cried like a proper baby Blush dh said my head shot up instantly off the bed in epu when they said there's a hb! The sonographer told me off Wink

Congrats on 20 week scan bootles x

I'm 13+5 bootles, mostly fine but get occasional nausea as I'm off the steroids now (as of this morning) and trying to eat a bit less to slow down the weight gain (almost a stone already!)
I'm so pleased you took the plunge for your career change. Sounds exciting, if hard work. And great that you get regular movements, although yes, I'm sure that brings the next stress if you get any reduction in movement. Great that you get another scan too. I'm thinking of joining a trial for mri scanning as I think it might be quite interesting. Might give them a call this week.

Considerphebas · 20/09/2015 16:34

That's lovely allmychildren and congrats and good luck to everyone with bfps.
I'm ok, still bleeding a little sore but generally feeling very sad and struggling to feel excited or interested in anything much.
Doing a staggered return to work starting Tuesday and feeling really anxious about it for some reason.

Minnie74 · 20/09/2015 18:16

consider it's a really low time and I know I felt like it would never get better at some points but it does, slowly but surely. Talking, here or in rl, really helps. I spent an hour offloading on my acupuncturist on Thursday and we came to the conclusion that while I didn't feel as emotionally affected by mc4 that it had actually thrown me back to the sadness I felt after mc3 (the one i felt was about to be ok as it got to 12 weeks) and so I was angry and sad about that. I basically cried for an hour which was a huge help!
I hope your return to work goes ok, it might help to have other things to take your mind off it maybe. Huge hugs for this tough time xx

cloudjumper · 20/09/2015 19:13

Fab news flower! Crossing everything for you! What happens next, will you get an early scan?

mrsdiddlydoo · 20/09/2015 19:15

Great news flower and paws.

Hope Tuesday isn't too difficult consider. I think it's natural to feel anxious. I did a staggered return after my last mc and found it helpful. Do people know why you've been off? No one except my boss and close colleagues knew which I found easier because I'm so dam private at work and it made it easier for me to keep my head down and get on. We're all different though

Marchgirl · 20/09/2015 19:38

Wishing you luck and strength for Tuesday consider. A lot of us have found the dreaded thought of it was worse than the reality. Really hope it's the same for you xx

Considerphebas · 20/09/2015 20:08

Thanks, I'm sure it'll be ok. I think quite a few people know- I had to tell my team due to health and safety concerns and I think it'll be easier than everyone asking why I've been off!
Just done a pregnancy test and got a positive so hoping that I can go back to work and not back for more interventions! Its been two weeks now and I'm not bleeding bit still getting some pain. Back to epu tomorrow then!

Allmychildrenhavepaws · 20/09/2015 21:22

Thanks everyone...sorry to read so many are struggling Flowers

Hope the return to work goes ok consider x

minnie gosh, how sad to get to 12 weeks with no.3, and then have to go through no.4...so sorry hun. Hugs to you x

barkingtreefrog · 20/09/2015 22:52

Floweroct2 · 21/09/2015 09:59

Oops posted too soon! Thanks to everyone else too. My official test date isn't til wed so I'll call them then and I think I then get booked in for a scan in about three weeks. Have got quite a busy few weeks so hoping time will pass quickly!

Hope things go ok this week consider

Congrats paws

Loopyaboutmy2boys · 21/09/2015 14:40

Congrats to flower on the bfp and to paws re the heartbeat on the scan.

No news here, just been incredibly busy last 2 weeks dealing with ds2 celebrating his 3 rd birthday, and coping with nursery drop offs/pick ups for ds2 3 days a week and ds1 having two weeks of half days at school, but from today the reception class are doing full days so it makes life a bit easier and I get a bit of time to go online in the day.

Had weird thing on Friday that I mentioned on the Facebook group. First day of fertile mucus but was lots of brown blood and then some pinky streaks mixed within the mucus, and lots of cramping/pain just like at the start of a miscarriage. Except was at completely the wrong time of month, and no way I'm pregnant as it was a brief chemical pregnancy last cycle. Due to ovulate this week, if cycle length is 40 days then should happen tomorrow, but cycles sometimes longer than 40 days. So Friday is odd. freckle said she had similar recently so maybe it's not that unusual. Wasn't planning on ttc as now thinking must go to Coventry and get NK testing, but then DH decided to DTD yesterday, so this is our last month at trying without medication. If it doesn't work out, then off to Coventry we will go, and then post Coventry we already have the clomid, progesterone and clexane to take, and possibly the steroids depending on the biopsy results!

Marchgirl · 22/09/2015 15:53

Hope your first day back at work is going ok consider

Good luck loopy, fingers crossed this month works for you without having to do coventry. I've had ovulation spotting on a couple of occasions (pink threads though, rather than brown spotting ) could it be that?

Considerphebas · 22/09/2015 16:38

It was all fine, everyone was just the right amount of kind and I was straight back into the whirlwind! Glad I'm only doing part of time though as I'm shattered and came straight home and slept!
Good luck loopy

bootles · 22/09/2015 22:10

Glad it went well today consider x

loopy sounds like a plan, always hood to have one.

march glad to hear the sickness is not too bad. Trial for mri scanning sounds interesting..do you mean actual MRI's or does it stand for something else? I'm intrigued..
Yes taking the plunge career wise is scary but had to be done. Hopefully have a chance to slow down for a few months now before new plans pick up - lots of preparation to do though.

bumble am still trying hard to relax a bit! Hope you are doing ok?

minnie your acupuncturist sounds lovely. Hope it helped for that day at least x

Marchgirl · 23/09/2015 07:02

consider, glad your first day back went ok and that people were kind.

bootles, yes, actual mri. I'm not sure how they can do it with a moving baby but I'm going to phone them and find out. Perhaps spoke to soon about the sickness. Threw up on the way to work this morning! Luckily was walking and made it to the meadows. Shouldn't have stayed up so late last night (10pm. What was i thinking!)

Monten · 23/09/2015 21:49

Hi ladies, sorry not been on here in a while, crazy busy at work and trying to get stuck in to take my mind if things.

We're back in the ttc merry go round, I'm in fertile time so pretending to be totally up for it when I'd rather be having a nice bath Hmm. Oh the joys of this journey.

I'm sorry you're still feeling sick march that's rubbish.

Did I miss bfp news from floweroct!? Massive congrats if so.

How is everyone else?

OneStep2015 · 23/09/2015 22:39

Just marking my place on here again, thanks very much to march for providing the link to me on the Facebook thread. Hello to all who are new on here and looking forward to catching up on everything!! X

barkingtreefrog · 24/09/2015 06:13

How are you doing now, consider?
I've just seen a last minute offer for a day of yoga and mindfulness on Sunday. Might give it a go. Feel like I need to do something different to shake my current glum mood.

Emerald72 · 24/09/2015 08:07

Hello again Ladies! And to newbies! I've been absent for awhile on holiday two weeks then having lots of tests in London and op to remove adhesion Friday. Now coming back to mn after the hacking problem too.
So for me I've now got these two coils in for a month after the op, then we can ttc again, all bloods were clear, and I had a lot!
Will try catch up on some lost pages soon.
Hope everyone is well and congrats to those with good scans/bfp!! Xx
