Ta daaaa.
Welcome to our new home .

OP posts:
Zebedeedoodah · 08/10/2007 09:30

blardy families - you can only trust yourselves or your own mother with babies! But I'm really glad you had a great time - the weather's been great over the last couple of weeks you lucky so-and-so! It'll probably start raining again now you've left . And you never came to find me for your pastie! (guess who I am!)

LyraSilvertongue · 08/10/2007 09:39

I did wonder if you'd lost your marbles when you said you we going away with family. It's never a good idea.
Sorry we led you round the houses trying to find us. Did you see the row I had with you-know-who? The others all buggered off and left me to it
Anyway we thought it was time to take Joseph out of the title because we mostly chat about other things now, although we're in meet-ups because we're still planning our field trip to London (aren't we?).

Zebedeedoodah · 08/10/2007 10:12

Oh yes! Any more news on the boxes and stuff? I think the last mention was that you could only have a maximum of 4?

Berrie · 08/10/2007 10:47

Yes yes I'm on for a meet up!
Can't even trust my mother Lyra.
Didn't have any pasties Zeb (or whatever) an ice cream or two though! Which ice cream do you favour? I'm a Roskilley's girl myself.

Berrie · 08/10/2007 10:51

Saw the row Lyra. I was pondering last night what aspect of the Deirdre Barlow jibe rankles most. Is it her looks? Her boringness? Her family?
I look nothi ng like Deirdre and my life is far less exciting!
Who does Cod think she is anyway dictating what we should or should not talk about?

Zebedeedoodah · 08/10/2007 11:31

Oh yes, definitely Roskillys! You can keep your Kellys. And they're planning to market it 'out of county' very soon!!!

Berrie · 08/10/2007 11:42

I've seen it in our Tesco...good job it's not Roskilley's, I'd be twice the woman I am now!

Berrie · 08/10/2007 12:08

OK, have put up some holiday snaps...but you'll not be able to see them under your new names...will you?

Berrie · 08/10/2007 12:09

Mmmm that's not right...

Berrie · 08/10/2007 12:11

That's better...

Berrie · 08/10/2007 12:13

Have added Lyra and Zebs new names...what were the others?

LyraSilvertongue · 08/10/2007 12:45

Who is that man?
Lovely pics. Need a few more please.
And btw Berrie, the way you've gone on about your size I was imagining you were some Dawn French lookalike. You look pretty svelte in that picture imho.

LyraSilvertongue · 08/10/2007 12:46

Oggs is now Bogmyrtle and Binkle is Binkle.

Zebedeedoodah · 08/10/2007 12:46

Berrie, you found Mr Boing!!!!

binkleandflip · 08/10/2007 14:22

Hi - yes indeed September has been and gone posing the question what is binkle on once again

So was he off in september or is it next september or have I dreamt it? probably the latter knowing me!

Anyway, hi Berrie, glad you had a great holiday and managed to track us down!!

The wonder chip machine is by tefal - called Actifry - but it doesnt just do chips, oh no, it does all sorts in fact it'll be doing some lamb chops for tea (no oil needed for them and less mess than grilling - I think I'm in love with this machine )

Berrie · 08/10/2007 14:31

More piccies Lyra. I'm thinking that if we are going to meet I might as well reveal myself!

LyraSilvertongue · 08/10/2007 14:34

Yes, that Actifry looks good but DP would not be pleased if i spent £150 on a gadget
Lee was supposed to be off in September for a week but soon after winning the part he said he'd keep going till Christmas. His first holiday will be in January. Did you get tickets to see Lewis? And have you seen the touring production yet?

LyraSilvertongue · 08/10/2007 14:37

Ah, your DC are so cute!
And you don't look anything like I'd pictured you. Are you quite tall?

binkleandflip · 08/10/2007 14:53

Berrie your pictures are ace!

Yes got tickets for Lewis in January and we're going to touring version around 13th November.

I know £150 is a bit steep (but I did get a free set of wooden utensils from Lakeland) so that swung it!

And I am planning on writing the cost off to dh by explaining that from now on healthy chips are an intergral part of our current health kick (hmmmmm....d'ya think he'll go for it?!)

binkleandflip · 08/10/2007 14:56

The worktop is starting to resemble a table top sale so something is going to have to go.

What do you think should be relegated?

Slow cooker, blender or toastie maker? My instincts are saying toastie maker is the odd one out in our new healthy regime

LyraSilvertongue · 08/10/2007 14:58

But no kitchen is complete without a toastie maker. I say slow cooker.

Berrie · 08/10/2007 14:59

5' 8" not sure if you'd call that tall or not
Well Binkle, that's you and me out and proud! What about the others?

Berrie · 08/10/2007 15:01

Yep slow cooker.

Zebedeedoodah · 08/10/2007 15:08

Ditch the juicer and the breadmaker, which I bet you've got as well! Juicer's are horrible to clean and breadmakers just don't make nice bread! (IMHO )

Wow! I love the photos - your kiddies are sooo cute and scrummy. You look great too -the way you talked I thought you must be the size of a house!!!!! Hmmm, now need to dig out some of me,

Berrie · 08/10/2007 15:17

Ho ho ho, twas a carefully chosen picture!
