Well my weight loss efforts got off to an abyssmal start. We had some friends round for suppper and I did a pork and bean casserole with garlic and rosemary bread, then a lemon drizzle cake with ice cream...

Nah, IOPOFAFD, 6.45 - 7.30 is my wake up with a cup of coffee time. It's after I've got up and lit the wood burner and let the dogs out, but before I make dh a cup of tea and get dd up. I try to prolong the bed head sort of state and don't do anything that requires me to think.

How's the weight-loss plan going Boggy and Gogo? I've been swimming today so I feel virtuous and oddly energetic. Am also trying not to drink wine more than 3 nights a week.

green salad with chicken for lunch, so I feel virtuous. I don't think the chocolate cake with a flake counts earlier as it's someone's birthday.
