Just thought I would get this up and running before the old one is full.

OP posts:

Mellow - my skin has become more and more sensitive too!

Any chnace you could do another link to your website as I was rushing around when you posted it and didn't have a moment spare to look at it. Have you any natural shampoos? My scalp is constantly irritated by virtually all products. the only ones I can use are those Duchy ones from Waitrose.

Weather forecast for London was heavy rain all morning then brighter this arvo!!

Well the rain seems to have either blown away or else hasn't arrived yet. I have texted you

mellow2 · 26/07/2007 12:13

Sushi,
Unfortunately, I don't have anything for cellulite. I'm on the lookout for a good product myself.

I would be happy to bring samples next time we meet.

I switched to Suki skincare because of my eczema and I've found it really effective.

Anyway, I'm really keen to get feedback from you ladies about the smells etc before I stock up as I have quite a large minimum order requirement.

Sfx,
I'm not a big fan of milk lotions as I find they don't work for my dry skin. But I'll certainly think about stocking up their body oil.

foxcub · 26/07/2007 12:35

walking is good for cellulite but it doesn't come in a bottle!

Oh and giving up alcohol, but that's a bit too hard IMHO!!

sfxmum · 26/07/2007 12:48

i just don't think about cellulite or sagging skin just concentrate on keeping it soft

my skin/scalp did become more sensitive and it really changed after dd but i put it down to age

i am one of those deluded people who always think they look better than they actually do even my mirror is a magic one, just don't look at pictures of myself, in fact never sure if it is me

Kewcumber · 26/07/2007 13:00

a bit like you SFX I don't even think about celulite but unlike you I don't even concentrate on keeping it soft [blush [scruffy unkempt emoticon]

Foxie,
Here's the link again, www.greentrading.co.uk. Sorry I don't sell any shampoos at the moment. The Suki range does have a shampoo but it's over £20 and I think that's too much to pay.

Have you tried going to the organic supermarket As Nature Intended? They have a store in Chiswick and Ealing and I buy my organic shampoo from them. I thought the Duchy range was a bit dear.

Suki
All the skincare I sell , have not been tested on animals (other than humans ) and are ethically made.

They are all natural and contain some organic plant extracts (which are good for humans and the environment).

SushiMummy · 26/07/2007 13:12

That sounds even better, mellow!

Ooh, I also like my new name. Suki is 'like/love' in Japanese. Ooohh, I am tempted to change it to Suki now. I'll check if anyone is called Suki...

I use Aveda shampoo - it's fab.

Kewcumber · 26/07/2007 13:13

I would be so embarassed to tell everyone what I use on my hair face and body

mellow2 · 26/07/2007 13:14

Freudian slip or good marketing ploy?

Kewcumber · 26/07/2007 13:17

in fact as you all seem to understand... "i like vetiver / bergamot less heady floral more zing", I am going to keep my dirty little beauty (lack-of) secrets to myself.

mellow2 · 26/07/2007 13:21

tbh, I think suki is a nice name. so what does sukiyaki mean?

No, QC. Do share. I'm dying to know now.

When I'm working, I use a Mop shampoo. Otherwise, I buy my shampoo from the supermarket.

Kewcumber · 26/07/2007 13:22

Will you speak to me again though if I tell you?

Kewcumber · 26/07/2007 13:38

obviously not!

sfxmum · 26/07/2007 13:40

Kew - i do believe i added that i was talking rubbish

these days i am a lot less careful about what i use and a lot more budget

mellow2 · 26/07/2007 13:40

Of course I will.

I was dealing with dd not ignoring you.

Foxie,
I texted you.

sfxmum · 26/07/2007 13:41

budget conscious i mean budget shrinking fast

mellow2 · 26/07/2007 13:44

Here is a message from Nanou.

thank you so much for your kind words. have had an "offer" and am currently negotiating it. am going on hols tonight and back on 1st. can't wait to get on that plane tomorrow lunchtime. going to see dh in switzerland.
bottom line is they want me out...
hope all is well with everybody - pls say hi for me as i can't get onto mumsnet for the reasons you can understand.

Does anyone what offer she's referring to?

mellow2 · 26/07/2007 13:45

[know] what offer she's referring to, I mean

eleusis · 26/07/2007 13:47

Which part of that message do you not understand? Referring to in which part?

sfxmum · 26/07/2007 13:47

presumably some sort of redundancy deal

stepfordwife · 26/07/2007 13:47

fairy liquid, kew?
finely crumbled weetabix..makes a fab exfoliator, doncha know

mellow - sorry, wasn't ignoring your post ages ago, am freelance now, but did sendf you an emial with a few contacts you could try - but have just noticed, it wasn't delivered. doh! can give you the names at foxie dd's picnic later or try again..

the body cream looks gorgeous and the candle too, but quite expensive.

yep, i'm so low-maintenance these days, the height of my grooming is brushing my teeth and, on a good day, my hair

every now and then, i swear i'm going to dry body brush twice a week. never happens...
do take more care of my face, though, so don't scare the horses with too many wrinkles

eleusis · 26/07/2007 13:49

oh, what 2offer" she's referrring to. Should learn to read properly.

Not sure, but I'm guessing her bosses have probably made her a redundancy offer. And am also guessing she'll probably be glad to take it. They are being really nasty to her. And I just can't even imagine her doing anything to warrant it.

I hope they give her a nice offer and she take it, and then tell them to kiss her ass.

Kewcumber · 26/07/2007 14:01

think thats it Eleusis
