Hello all i need to learn names... sorry did not post last night but evening are a bit mad dd1 wants attention having been at school all day, dd2 gets niggles teething poor thing, and i am trying ti get her bottles and it is not working..............
ANYWAY Southall is nice great places to eat shop etc not as nice to live in as it used to be as people are renting and sad to say they are not always nice people, we have a young couple move accross the road to us who hits his wife and screaming that goes on how my kids sleep. But mt street is is nice other than that

hey slink, don't diet when BF just eat loads of oats and dark chocolate in addition to a healthy balanced diet - and you are allowed to eat more when BF.

i was one of those that carries a good extra stone when BF and it just dropped off when dd selfweaned at 15months.
