Radio head - do I know them? Have heard of them but would I recognise anything they sing

Was once invited to U2 concert and said "think I've heard of them - what do they sing?"

sfxmum · 18/06/2007 13:31

hope everyone else ok

Kewcumber · 18/06/2007 13:41

I'm afraid my DS is still small enough to think running around the mothercare cafe is great fun

Am going to have a runner on my hands (hello COV!) - he legged it out of Starbucks on Sunday without stopping and I only just managed to catch him before he got to the road

Foxie - you back yet?????

ComeOVeneer · 18/06/2007 13:45

Welcome to my world KC . I'm afraid I have reoted to a wrist strap with ds these days.

Kewcumber · 18/06/2007 13:47

I have bought one for my mum because with the best will in the world, he is already faster than her and has a mysterious travelling deaf ear...

sfxmum · 18/06/2007 13:49

those were the days QC these days its

i don't like it' 'disgusting' when i tried to buy her some sandals then off along the store looking for Thomas merchandise which i will not buy and further stomping ensues

Kewcumber · 18/06/2007 14:22

C'mon foxie where are you?

SushiMummy · 18/06/2007 14:25

Talking of running, do you want a pair of Nike shoes (or should I say trainers) for your DS, QC? I think it's a size 5.5 (maybe wrong). My DS's feet are too wide (my gene) and if you like, I'll bring them round this Sunday (if we are still invited, that is). Also have a pair of posh Japanese shoes to rid (brand new), size 14.5cm which is around 5, I think.

Hello everyone!

Kewcumber · 18/06/2007 14:35

Would love them, Sushi - though DS is only a 4 at the moment and he has quite narrow feet but can get away with a standard F fitting just about. Yes still on for Sunday, though weather is not looking promising - we can always resort to Mothercare cafe to give them a run around if they get a bit cooped up at my house.

Kewcumber · 18/06/2007 14:36

though on reflection, a ball and chian would probably be a better bet than a pair of running shoes!

Kewcumber · 18/06/2007 14:37

out of interest Sushi - do you get the distrcit line into work? Does your DS go to a childminder or nursery?

SushiMummy · 18/06/2007 14:58

Yes, I use the ever-unreliable District line to work which I hate. DS goes to Asquity nursery in Kew from 7.30 to 5-ish. I would love a childminder to look after my DS but it seems almost impossible to find a good one in Kew (I don't drive).

SushiMummy · 18/06/2007 15:00

lol on ball and chain . I never go out with a harness tbh.

SushiMummy · 18/06/2007 15:02

i meant 'without'
