Hi All

I hope you are all well. Trying to keep up with thread, you guys are online a lot, LOL

Was ITNG any good? Saw the ads but it clashed with DS bath so missed it.

Leaving my parents this weekend, off to my bro's next week near London Bridge then out to France to visit IL's .

Good news is that contract finally came through on house so will be moving to Twickers 29Jun woo hoo. Start of a new chapter in my life

Kewcumber · 08/06/2007 14:27

It's why I work SJ - time for MN - you'll notice I post a lot more Mon-Thurs!

SJ99 · 08/06/2007 14:33

hee hee
Glad you survived the projectile vomiting incident, not nice for anyone involved.
BTW if you're having another EurAsian meet next mth, can I come? I think DS qualifies as he's half Indian half British but no bum spots I'm afraid

SJ99 · 08/06/2007 14:36

PC - I hope you have a great time in Sweden, are you going for Midsummers fest? Make sure your friend has some black out curtains otherwise DD will be up at 3am ready to start the day DH was there just this week to finish off removals, said it was boiling hot

Nanou1 · 08/06/2007 15:26

afternoon all! very very quick one as madly busy here and no time to read all / offer support etc. foxie and Qcumber you wanted to know about tomorrow? it's between 12 & 3pm at St Martin's Church in Hale Gardens W3; bouncy castle, pimms (smile), strawberry & cream and - hopefully lots of 2nd hand kids stuff for sale!!!! face painting.... can't remember now . best go. have a good weekend everybody

ComeOVeneer · 08/06/2007 15:57

Hi all, just poppingin briefly to catch up. Had my parents over for lunch today as they are off to a wedding in Richmond this evening. It is so nice having them much closer, so we see a lot more of them. We are off to Southend tomorrow to visist dh's grandmother (98), which is rather an ordeal with 2 little ones in tow, but we don't know how much longer she will be around. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Evening all. I'm trying so hard to catch up on these various thread - my head hurts
Foxy, I've added my tuppance worth on yr thread. I'd say your biggest issue is that lack of communication and pay rise whilst off on maternity leave - both of which are illegal. I suggest it is merely discourteous to organise an office move without talking with you, especially as they know you personally and you have made it clear that you are both interested and approachable. Unless teh office move is to a new location that makes it materially difficult for you to get there, I would keep this as a minor issue (but grrrrrr at them when you speak with them)
I recall their reaction when you told them you were expecting, and that was not too encourgaing but you did accept it at the time as part of your good open relationship with them. I think they are - perhaps unknowingly- taking advantage of that?

KC: nice company buy; it's been so long since I used my brain properly that I cannot even fathom how one would do that

Ele: what's wrong with sandwichs, or is it the lack of choice that's bad? pushy mummy coming on - you go girl...

off to wipe bottoms. children have taken to peeing in the garden after watching Tarzan and deciding that's what he must do.

TTFN

pudding77 · 08/06/2007 19:58

evening all, just sent dh out to buy some wine as my dm & I polished off all that we had last weekend!

xoxo, sorry I haven't replied to your email, will do so now. Btw, at least your plants will be getting watered

foxcub · 08/06/2007 19:58

SJ ITNG is brill - well I realy like it anyway!!

Ele - how can you not like Brighton. What is there not to like???

Oxo - thanks for your comments. I think you are right, my boss thinks I'm an easy going happy chappy. Howevere, X has deliberately stiched me , as he'd already told me he'd kick my team out while I'm on Mat

foxcub · 08/06/2007 20:00

Oxo - I might give you a quick buzz over the weekend if that's Ok. I'll chat with the lawyer first and see what he recommends.

If he says I have a case, I may talk tactics with you if that's OK

KewC - thanks for your advice earlier BTW I'll pop your letter in the post

Kewcumber · 09/06/2007 08:05

the lengths I go to to make other people pay for my stamps!

foxcub · 09/06/2007 09:55

foxcub · 09/06/2007 10:01

foxcub · 09/06/2007 12:16

MASSIVE SILENCE

errm - I'll take that as a "no" then, to picnic in Kew, everyone???

(How dare they have real lives?)

Kewcumber · 09/06/2007 13:27

Foxie - DS is asleep (sorry Nanou won;t be seeing you today) and I'm going to take him swimming at my sisters when he wakes up but COuld meet you afterwards - but difficult to know when until he wakes up. Will text you later.

foxcub · 09/06/2007 13:56

Okey Dokey

foxcub · 09/06/2007 20:07

Ok I've got an idea.

Ditch the Pizza night and instead we all pile down to The Anglers in Teddington one Sunday arvo for a drink. Fantastic kids play area and kids meals, plus a drink for the mummies.

What do ya reckon?

pudding77 · 09/06/2007 20:09

yoo hoo, anyone around? Or am I the only one with no life on a S

pudding77 · 09/06/2007 20:10

oops, pc went funny. That was supposed "am I the only one with no life on a Sat night?"

pudding77 · 09/06/2007 20:19

Foxie, your idea sounds nice but generally I'm not free on weekends as its the only time I get with dh atm.

pudding77 · 09/06/2007 20:35

I guess I am the only one then with nothing better to do!

Eleusis · 09/06/2007 21:14

If you were werious about anglers tomorrow late afternoon, I can make it. Will be taking DD to a birthday party in Twickers which finishes at 3:00, so could meet up after.

foxcub · 09/06/2007 21:37

oooh didn't mean tomorrow - but its an idea.

anyone else up for it?

Puds - your s'posed to be with your DH on weekends not sitting on MN !!

Kewcumber · 09/06/2007 22:11

I could do post nap (around 3pm) tomorrow.

foxcub · 09/06/2007 23:07
