Hi 'it' is a boy although sometime it is more appropriate lol.I have lived in talbot village for almost a year previously I lived in Springbourne after moving from london 12 years ago.I would have to probably bring him with me unless it is a nursery day but then I am restricted on getting back as I do not drive so am reliant on the lovely buses lol.I will keep checking for a final date and time etc on here. Thanks for the warm welcome xxxx

mandajane2004 · 29/10/2004 17:25

PS Talbot Village is near Bournemouth University

bunny2 · 29/10/2004 18:46

Hello, my parents livein Talbot Village too - McWilliam Close.

So is it Marks and Spencers then? It is where I always end up. Other places to eat are McDonalds (no brownies there), Sainsburys (slow and crowded) or Costa Coffee in Waterstones.

mandajane2004 · 29/10/2004 20:30

I live just up from there lol can see the horse in the field from my kitchen window

DelGirl · 30/10/2004 11:39

mandajane2004 · 30/10/2004 14:15

most definately next time delgirl....have fun though...hope you have warned castle point you are coming hehehe

Bunglie · 30/10/2004 15:06

Hmmm! yes I think I can manage that.....
WHAT! NO Chocolate Brownies.......
Come on girls...this Bunglie is only coming so she can eat Delgirls share of everything!

Sorry you can't come Manda...I am the other end of Dorset....so do not know your end too well. Hope to see you at the next one when we will have 'doubled in size' literally!

mandajane2004 · 30/10/2004 15:33

well you can have my share of brownies (or whatever takes your fancy on the day) bunglie

DelGirl · 30/10/2004 17:42

Bubglie, I never said no brownies, calm down dear

I had some the other day with my sis, just to check that they as delicious as I remember.....they were. The flapjacks are pretty good too

OP posts:
Bunglie · 30/10/2004 17:51

Phew !

Thanks Manadjane, I will stuff them in my gob and think of you

That was a close call Delgirl...glad you did a quality check first...and you say the flapjacks are OK....I hope they are soggy and gooeeey and made with oats as wheat does not likeme as much as I like it!!

How are you feeling at the moment....have you got a 'little bump' yet and any cravings.....and I hope that you are having plenty of rest and putting your legs up so your ankles don't swell and having lots of bran so no piles and rubbing moisturiser on tum to help prevent stretch marks and...and...It's OK Bunglie feels that she wants someone to 'mother' and spoil and you got the position!!

lou33 · 30/10/2004 17:53

If you wore a thong while eating brownies, you wouldn't feel as restricted Bunglie. Then you coudl snaffle down some more

DelGirl · 30/10/2004 17:54

lol. Tired yes, putting feet up yes, piles NO, eating bran yes, sick abit, heartburn most definitely. Happy, oh yes

OP posts:
DelGirl · 30/10/2004 17:55

oh and stretch marks and cream no point!!!

OP posts:
DelGirl · 05/11/2004 14:08

so come on then, who's on for the 15th outside M&S at 2pm?

OP posts:
mandajane2004 · 05/11/2004 14:55

Sorry Del girl...can make it to the meetup but will endeavour to get to the next one.Hope you all have a great time and save some brownies for me!!

Bunglie · 05/11/2004 14:59

Lou33 It would take more than the promise of more chocolate brownies to get me out of 'sensible knickers' and into an itsy bitsy thong!

Bunglie in a thong...Noooooo!

DelGirl I will be outside M&S you won't be able to miss me as I will be the one NOT wearing a thong...although there will be no need to check! and I shall wear a Virtual Mother t-shirt or Hoodie, or apron or badge...or bring my mug or fridge magnet or you could just look for the 'Lurker' in the electric buggy!

Glad you are feeling better...so who else is coming?

See you there!

lou33 · 05/11/2004 17:58

What about Patrick Stewart, if I got you a private meeting with him, would you wear one then?

fio2 · 05/11/2004 18:02

I hope kittypickle does not get pregnant. But you never know. if she uses her last condom to fix the toilet again...who knows what might happen

DelGirl · 05/11/2004 18:04

are you going to tell us more Fio?

OP posts:
bunny2 · 05/11/2004 18:30

i'll be there if not in labour - will probably meet you in the coffee shop itself. Im gonna get there first to reserve the biggest cake.

Kittypickle · 05/11/2004 18:51

Ahem, yes well, er, I think what Fio is referring to is that our ancient toilet has been mended with a wire coat hanger and a condom, least said the better

Kittypickle · 05/11/2004 18:54

And that last smiley was supposed to be !!!!

DelGirl · 05/11/2004 19:03

Thanks for the tip KP . Now, if ever my toilet is busted, I'll know to buy a pack of 3 . I won't ask how you fixed it, i'll try and figure that out myself
