Hi Delgirl....how are you feeling?

I am interested but got quite a fulldiary, when and where and I shall let you know, but I would LOVE to come, I hve never been to ameet-up , but have met a few MNers!

How come you are soooooo chirpy....you should have that uhg! icky feeling, if not...why not .

Seriously, I will try and make it, but can't promise at the moment....

Bunglie · 31/08/2004 17:10

Where's Moors Valley?

DelGirl · 31/08/2004 17:12

It's near Ashley Heath Bunglie. It's on the B3072 off the A31 near Ringwood/Verwood.

DelGirl · 31/08/2004 17:14

Oh, and believe me I am not chirpy at all. Am utterly utterly sick 24/7, it's horrible, yuk. Still, a sign of a healthy pregnancy so they say!

OP posts:
DelGirl · 31/08/2004 17:15

But I will be chirpy on Saturday, have no fear

Roll up, Roll up - final call for Saturday. Looks like the weather should be good or should we call it off through lack of interest?

OP posts:
jodee · 02/09/2004 22:00

Delgirl, looks like I'll have to take a raincheck, the rellies have decided to turn up on Saturday (and yes! the weather was looking good). Definitely some other time though ... when ds is at school I would be free for a coffee at Castlepoint, maybe.

DelGirl · 02/09/2004 22:02

Not sure anyone else is really up for it now anyway and i'm all over the place with my m/s too . Could definitely meet at castlpoint for and m & s caffe and choc brownie, yum!

Bunglie · 03/09/2004 16:00

Awe! Delgirl, next time you have your head down the loo think of me snail hunting....
Got caterpillars now in the conservatory....these wee hairy beasties know I have a phobia and are coming to get me....

I am soooooo sorry but Ringwoodistoo far for metocome, I am on the otherside of Dorset so itwouldreally be a 'day out' of my social diary that I do not have.

NOW....Let's be positive here, (take your head out of the loo for the moment and listen to 'Auntie Bunglie')...ooh! that IS condescending I am sorry

However....WE WANT A DORSET GIRLS MEET-UP!

You are obviously a bit under the weather at the moment, but glad that things are going well for you. How about when that 'bump' gets a bit bigger, and you are 'blooming' we can then all go on a Mumsnet spending spree and buy you lots of nice things for the 'bump'!

So, How about we organise one a bit later on and call it 'Delgirls Dorset Baby Shower'? You can eat as many chocolate brownies as you like, but remember.....Bunglies like them too!

Seriously, why not organise it when you are feeling less 'icky' and we can then celebrate with you your 'bump' and combine it with one of my favourite things....shopping, and you have given me a perfect excuse......

What do you say Dorset Gals?

jodee · 03/09/2004 16:18

Sorry you are feeling so rough with the m/s, Delgirl , let's definitely do the coffee/brownies/shopping combo when you are feeling up to it!

bunny2 · 03/09/2004 16:46

Sorry, not been around much this week - if Moors Valley is off (will be very hot and crowded) then Im def up for coffe and brownies at Castlepoint.

Bunglie · 03/09/2004 17:05

Hang on is Lou33 a Dorset Gal??

If she want's to come we will need a 'certificate of residence' AND I supply these at a mere £10 a go!!

It would be good to meet the face behind the name....

I look forward to the,
Delgirl Dorset meet-up, with chocolate brownies and shopping

Remember Delgirl....We want you 'Blooming' so just let us know when you are ready...this is your call?

lou33 · 03/09/2004 19:17

Gosh how flattering! Sorry though, but I won't be able to attend.

Bunglie · 03/09/2004 21:53

Lou33....come on, I am curious, I need to put a face behind the name and for a mere £10 you can come to Delgirls Dorset Baby-shower Bash!

This of course applies to other MNers who want to send me £10 to take up 'temporary residency' in Dorset.

Come on Gals, lets give Delgirl a day she wont forget.....to make up for the one we can't manage on Saturday?

Lou33, if you come, your in charge of Alcohol and Chocolate Brownie distribution....no alcohol though for Delgirl, but I do a mean tomato juice, full of Vit C

Seriously I am sure we can arange something when Delgirl gets her head out of the bowl, and flushes the chain like every one else,

(as in the joke....Mummy!,Mummy! can I lick the bowl?....no dear go and flush the chain like every one else!) - S-o-r-r-y !

lou33 · 03/09/2004 22:35
