possibly it was in a subliminal way....

oh god, what is happening to me?

LOL

pudding77 · 29/05/2007 13:36

We tried that kidzone place today and I'm not convinced it actually exists! Turn up there and there's noone or anything there that looks like its a kids play place!

So we ended up at Lollipop instead.

Welcome lola!

Who is Granny Murray?

Kew- can't stay for pizza/pasta on Friday. But, if you don't mind storing the blender until one day next week, I could do it then. What about Friday week (8th June)?

Paddlechick666 · 29/05/2007 13:43

ele, you don't wanna know believe me! or if you really do ask the nanny. it's better that you don't tho.....

pud, never heard of kidzone and that hounslow review thing was quite recent. the tropical thingy at syon was great tho.

pudding77 · 29/05/2007 14:14

A friend of mine goes there quite a bit & I'm certain I was in the right place . I have been to the tropical centre before, thought it was ok tho a bit pricey as its quite small. Maybe I'm just tight tho

I've never heard of Granny Murray either...

Kewcumber · 29/05/2007 14:28

Never heard of Granny Murray deranged 30 yr old pretending to be a 60 yr old childminder on Me Too?

Paddlechick666 · 29/05/2007 14:41

bad mother alert: dd is eating biscuit watching postman pat when i should be taking her to visit HVs!

i should take her to the park this arvo but it's bloody freezing.

is anyone else freezing to death?

quokka · 29/05/2007 15:01

bloody hell ds2 hasn't been to the HV's since he was 3months old! I should be going to the post office but can't be arsed.

Paddlechick666 · 29/05/2007 15:02

dd hasn't been since last september. dunno why i was gonna go tbh. anyway, i've missed it now so dog-poo park it is !

quokka · 29/05/2007 15:03

whoo hoo!

Eleusis · 29/05/2007 15:04

We don't do health visitors. Have yet to meet one who knows something I don't.

mellow2 · 29/05/2007 15:06

Hi Lola,
I've got a 13-month old dd and I live in Brentford.

Ele,
What's the name of the clinic where your DCs got their single MMR jabs? Is it this one?

Hey, hey, I've just done a link using the new syntax.

BTW, the greentrading site has gone live. There are still bits and bobs to finish but we have officially launched.

The site is available at www.greentrading.co.uk/green/ atm. And I'm happy to offer a 15% mates discount with free personal delivery if you want to buy anything.

I have to say there's not much on the site atm but I'll be adding more stuff later.

like the site mellow, just had a quick look & it looks great!

Ds hasn't been to the hv since before xmas!

Wondering what to do this pm, might head over to Syon Park or take a walk down Northfields...

mellow2 · 29/05/2007 15:12

Thanks puds.

What's the name of the bookshop in Northfields you recommended again? I'm just going to look up its location.

OP posts:
quokka · 29/05/2007 15:13

I want the summer sleeping bag!

Eleusis · 29/05/2007 15:15

Yes, that's the place. To be honest, I wasn't terribly impressed with them. DS has only had the measels single and I'm thinking of taking my business elsewhere. They don't respond to their e-mails and I find that very poor customer service considering what I have to pay for a jab that takes 5 minutes.

DD had hers done at e-med (www.e-med.co.uk) at St. John and Elizabeth in St. Johns Wood. It's just too far. Can't be bothered to go all that way now. Do you know of any other clinics in West London?

PS nice website, but sadly not in my price range.

quokka · 29/05/2007 15:16

oohh the shirt dress is fab. I never knew you were a model !

pudding77 · 29/05/2007 15:16

Its the owl and the pussycat, on Northfields Ave

pudding77 · 29/05/2007 15:17

I liked the shirt dress as well but out of my price range & size!

mellow2 · 29/05/2007 15:43

I have many more hidden talents!

I'm afraid I don't have the summer bags in a large anymore and Grembo has sold out of their summer bags completely this year.

OP posts:
mellow2 · 29/05/2007 15:45

Ele,

I'm afraid I haven't found any others. I might check with dd's paed to see if he could recommend somewhere.

Kewcumber · 29/05/2007 16:03

Ele, next Friday 8th would be fine

quokka · 29/05/2007 16:03

bugger!

Nanou1 · 29/05/2007 16:20

quokka · 29/05/2007 17:10

bad mother alert - ds2 just came in from watching telly (I was on computer) stood by his chair and said "dinner!" I hadn't even started making it!
