Am having the same problem - been on here too much and done sod all work for two days

Sue/Paddle - oh I have fond memories of being at work and checking MN every 5 mins!

DH is home today so didn't get dressed until 11am

I am hiding in the kitchen making lunch, Will have to tackle the dreaded baking once ds goes down for a nap. I enjoy it by myself but get very fustrated with dd not doing things properly/quick enough and the mess she makes . I know it is important and good for her to get involved with cooking/food but I do find it not a particularly fun activity.

you too are such a bad influence..... can't be bothered today either. off tomorrow lunchtime to see dd at her easter bonnet parade (not done yet) then off to france on friday- hurray! and back on 15th. will be nice to get away for a little while! glad to hear dd is better paddle. betfair.... i know them - applied for a job there not longer ago but it did not get anywhere.... shame cos they are in hammersmith!

have suggested to dh that it would be really freaky if he knew CoV's dh and your boss sue. they should have pokerplayersnet.com LOL.

nanou, yeah dh applied for job at betfair too. think more based on the content of the job than location but it would've been great.

altho his parent's place is 1.5 hours in the car from here he can get to office in 1 hour tops whereas from here it's 1.5 - 2hrs

COV - how is the baking going? if you have not started; you could always have a quick G&T to give you some strength! .

Right we have spent the last hour and a half making gingerbread men. I am supposed to be making banana loaf and devil's food ckae but am losing the will to live.

it is freezing out! stay in PJ and indoors if you can

COV must confess as much as i like baking,dh does most of the baking with dd

it will not be raining tomorrow we anre in for a few warm sunny days
if my fickle friend does not show up i will meet you somewhere in kew. probably as i will be there anyway

Right gingerbread biscuits iced, banana loaf in oven. Now for Devil's food cake. Then need to make supper bath and bed (probably a very early night for me at this rate).

i did 5 days last week! bluddy shock to my system i can tell you.

actually, i'm a bit stressed about fri/mon not being work days coz it cuts down on my study time!

i have the option of taking the week before the exam off but i know what a slacker i am!
