Morning all. Sorry not been around for a few days. A mixture of RL and my foolishly decideing to try and co-ordinate A MN penpal site, has left me with little time to do anything else. Coupled with dh away until Sunday. Just had a quick catch up

i am feeling virtuous having come back from a wee jog by the river path. clearly the euphoria has taken hold as i fantasised about a 5k race with the west London posse's support

Have had a lovely cuple of hours tomyself. DS sleeping, dh awayuntil Sunday and dd at a b'day party. Had a slad in the garden and MN'ed on the laptop. Must go wake him upand head to pick dd up. Tranquility over.

hmmm, dh out on a stag do, do I cook myself some pasta or order a chinese??

i'm still not overly hungry so I buy chilled ready meals for saturday nights.

but if i were ordering chinese it'd be:

sesame prawn toast
crispy seaweed
bbq spare ribs
sweet n sour chicken
special fried rice
crispy duck with all the trimmings
extra sweet n sour sauce
prawn crackers
pork and beansprouts

i could go on but i'll stop there!

I've got the fresh pasta stuff in the fridge but just don't know if I can be bothered!

And paddle, isn't that most of the menu? How on earth did you lose weight - must try it myself
