Wow! We filled a thread!

Hope you all find this new one!

Our evening was great, had a lovely time. kids were all very well behaved. dd sleeping in our bedroom is a nightmare tho - she's sooo noisy!

we need a 3rd bedroom

we're off for Sunday lunch at The Botanist later YUM!

2cute, we're scheduled to have skids that weekend but not confirmed yet. if we do, not sure if i could come and don't want to invite 2 extra kids and dh as that'd be rather cheeky! if we don't then we'll be there

it's far too early for a Sunday!

Paddlechick666 · 22/02/2007 09:16

Why don't you just share Luigi?

lemonaid · 22/02/2007 09:21

Hello all -- I have that nasty cold/cough/chesty thing that is doing the rounds so stuck at home feeling sorry for myself.

I had invisible imaginary friends with invisible imaginary shoes, and when we went to visit people the friends would take off their shoes, so that when my parents wanted to leave we couldn't until they had found the invisible imaginary shoes (cue a roomful of adults crawling around, occasionally hopefully holding up imaginary shoes and asking "is this them?")... I was a delightful child.

Paddlechick666 · 22/02/2007 09:24

don't do sloppy seconds!

dd is wearing her coat back to front pointing at the door saying "go" and "car"!!

Eleusis · 22/02/2007 09:24

Okay, Pinot is not allowed shoes.

DD feeds him half of her dinner.

ComeOVeneer · 22/02/2007 10:06

OK rash gone, so about to head to the car. See yo all later.

suejonez · 22/02/2007 19:11

OK how about trying Hounslow Urban Farm next? We could try every farm/park in the area and write the offical Mumsnet guide

suejonez · 22/02/2007 19:19

Thanks for the microlight (or whatever its called) Paddle I tried putting it up when I got back and wheeled D around the hallway in it much to his glee. Its great (apart from getting my thumb caugth in one of the catches which bloody hurt)

foxabout2pop · 22/02/2007 19:22

Good idea Sue!

foxabout2pop · 22/02/2007 19:22

Sue - has D shown any interest in the Bumbo?

suejonez · 22/02/2007 19:24

no - he sat in it once or twice but struggles to get out of it which upsets him - so if you want it back please do. Otherwise I'll leave it in the corner of my living room until you want it.

foxabout2pop · 22/02/2007 19:28

Yeah will pick it up next time (if I remember LOL!)

Paddlechick666 · 22/02/2007 19:43

no problem sue, it's quite the sporty little number eh! sorry about the thumb!

might have to try this avacado thingy, dd never gets oranges coz i don't much like 'em. i buy mandarins and they go manky in the fruit bowl!

i'm eating the half ripe mango, dd is very uniniterested!

anyway, she's gone off and i've ordered a chinese i don't really want but couldn't think of anything else to have.

last night dd said a very sleepy bye-bye as she dropped off - so cute! tonight was a bit of a restless struggle but am putting it down to be over tired.

hope your dinner guest isn't on mumsnet and doesn't show up! lol

happy birthday for tomorrow CoV.

I'm up for the Hounslow meet although dds will be at school so just me and ds. I'm happy to take your dd around foxie, if you want to look after my ds. Can't do Wednesday though as ds has to go to hospital and have a very nasty blood test. He's booked into the children's ward to have it done and I'm not looking forward to it. pc - I thought I was the only one who overused !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was going back to the farm next Thursday as DS hasn't stopped begging to go back and cuddle the new born lambs. Half the farm (including the playground) is closed at the mo so its only pigs, sheep, goats, lamas, a pony, a donkey and a few other small animals. I'm free on Tuesday so could always go then if that suits others? I'll find out what time they have petting sessions.

2Cute · 22/02/2007 20:24

BTW - Important question: Does anyone have any safety mats they don't mind lending me for DS's party?

ComeOVeneer · 22/02/2007 20:26

What do you mean by safety mats 2Cute? We have those large foam "jigsaw" type peices with pop out numbers that you can make a reasonable size mat out of if those are any use.

foxabout2pop · 22/02/2007 20:33

OMG - I could have a newborn by next Thursday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MrsRecycle · 22/02/2007 20:34

Am gushing up already foxie and he's not here yet!

ComeOVeneer · 22/02/2007 20:46

{envy] Foky, I want one. Actually heaven knows how I would cope being pregnant and dealing with ds. Both times I have been pregnant Idon't suffer from morning sickness but seem to develop narcolepsy, hardly conducive to life with litle mr run around as you saw today.
