How are people doing with their books - shall we meet again mid-Feb, to do more swaps and return the first lot of books??

pudding - i did lovely bones at my book club, and I liked it but at the same time I did not. I found the ending unsatisfactory and the subject matter upsetting.

I've read 3 of my books, got another 2 to go I think. Mid-Feb sounds good to me.

Shall we sort out a date for the next one then?

And also, instead of people bringing pretty much every book they've got how about we limit it to 5 each or something?

I quite liked the fact there were loads of books to choose from. If we only bring five, it would mean people just have fewer to choose from

It was fun in a chaotic kind of way In the summer it'll be much easier as we can sit ouside, rather than trying to fit 16 people into my front room!! LOL

saturday 17th is good for me will try to think of savoury thing to bring otherwise it will be cookies or cake

I haven't been on MN much this week. Work and fatigue from sleepless nights (dd wakes up twice in the night now) has kept me away.

I can make Feb 17 but I don't have any new books to bring with me though. I wouldn't mind coming round for a chat and some biscuits if that's okay.
