I know we've tried to sort something before and we're all very anti-social but the summer hols are on their way, so how about trying to arrange a meet up for August sometime?

We could have a picnic in Oswestry or Telford park, if we want to do it on the cheap? Or maybe go further afield and spend the day at Chester Zoo or somewhere? Or even soft play? There's a nice new(ish) one in Os, or Wrexham have a big one as well.

19th is good for us! I have no idea how to get to the Quarry though! Does anyone know if the Oxon park & ride goes near it, or if I can walk to it from the town?

Maybe those of us who aren't sure could meet up somewhere beforehand and go there together?

Spoke to dd today and she has asked me to have dgs2 that day.I asked if I could take him to mn meet and she said,'Only if you promise to take a fruitshoot as part of picnic'!Hmmm-she said she hadnt been on mumsnet-methinks she lied!
