Hello, I'm not sure if there's already an Exante thread, but I thought I'd create one to share how I'm finding it (4 days in) and keep people updated on this 12 week journey.

I'll try and log weight loss weekly, and products I like, plus anything that I find helps keep me on track Smile . Hopefully it'll encourage and give people some insight into what 12 weeks of 600kcal a day feels and looks like.

I currently need too loose 4 stones Shock - hoping by the end of the 12 weeks I can loose at least 3...

Hi all, I hope all are doing well. I've managed another day! I had the lemon flapjack today which was ok. Just gone too soon.

I'm also doing a sachet of fybogel in the mornings as my bowel is slowing down and I don't want it to stop.

I think the warmer weather is helping as I'm not missing the hot drinks, and I'm doing more steps. 20K + today. The trouble with all this walking is that my lower body is toning up great but the upper doesn't match. My weight has come off my face, boobs and hands and feet so I think I've been bloated. Hopefully my body is feeding itself on some of the tyre round my middle.

Do any of you know if the product contains appetite suppressant? I'm not hungry much, even less than before I started.

Keep going all, I'm going to continue right up until the airport, and will follow your updates while I'm there if I can.

@winterisstillcoming sounds like you're doing great...officially day 2 for me and just back from a spin class....

How often does everyone weigh?
I'm thinking Wednesday as my actual weigh day but maybe Sunday as a check in day (to keep me focused on Saturday nights!

Everyone is doing amazingly! I've had my first cheat and stuck to protein and veg, but now I'm just craving normal food Sad

I’m day 4 doing 3-4 packets a day, no meals. So 600-800 kcal a day plus lots of water!

I’m hoping to lose 7 stone (how did I put so much on!?!)

I’m managing to stay on it as what the scales told me on Tuesday is a great motivator, however today I feel lethargic, sluggish and just bleh!
Is this normal? Does it last long?

Hi 👋 @SunshineStarlet I felt like that for the first few days. I really had to push through at work. It did improve and drinking plenty of water helped. How are you doing today?

An awful lot better today thank you. Yesterday was by far the worst, I felt terrible from the minute I woke to when I fell asleep again!

Today I feel like me again and not hungry either which is a relief. I actually feel positive I can do today.

How are you?

Random question...when you lose weight so quickly, like on Exante, is it the same as if you lose weight more slowly with regards actually losing inches?

I can't get my head around losing a stones worth of inches in a fortnight, does that make sense????? (If not, I blame the lack of food, just starting day 4!)

I have lost a couple of inches everywhere (except my hips ) @feellikezerobucks
This week I seem to have staled weight wise but size is still shrinking which is keeping me going.

I had the yogurt museli for breakfast today. Not 100% sure I like it, but don’t dislike it either. I think it probably needs more water and a bit of time in the fridge? Has anyone else tried it and have any Tulsa?

I didn’t measure any inches just my weight when I started on Tuesday. Might do my inches this Tuesday when I weigh myself. Where are you measuring? Hips/ waist/ bust?

Not tried that one @SunshineStarlet I tend to just stick to the shakes.

I measure everywhere- waist, hips, under boob, over boob, upper arms and thighs!

Thanks, hadn’t even thought to measure. Will definitely do it Tuesday. I need the motivation of seeing the inches reduce alongside the pounds I think.

I'm in week three day two. I've done well with the water. I'm just doing two shakes a day and a bar at lunchtime. It's easier at work. Could just do with a large mojito though 😂

Day 6 and I'm 8.4lbs down, hoping to lose at least another 9 in the next 4 weeks.....

Im starting to think "one bite won't hurt" when I see food I fancy but have resisted so far, but not sure if I can resist for another 9 weeks 😬

I've craved, eaten Chinese and now have stomach ache...hoping it will keep me on track as I feel so uncomfortable now, it was so not worth it!

I goon holiday 4 weeks tomorrow so planning on sticking to it until the bar 2 meals we have planned as going with friends 🤞🏻

I just can't stomach any of the meals or shakes 😞 I've failed massively at this. Now I have two boxes of shakes, bars and meals I need to get rid of. Well done to everyone that is losing weight tho :) x

@lardass88 have you tried adding coffee to some of the shakes? And freezing the bars? I have to say I stick to just a few of the shake flavours and have them blended with lots of ice

I've been really bad at checking in!! But I hit Week 5 on Monday Smile

Weight loss so far:
Week 1: 16lbs
Week 2: 3lbs
Week 3: 7lbs
Week 4: 4lbs
Week 5: 4lbs

So, I've lost 2 stone and 6lbs so far Grin

Glad to see everyones doing well!!! I've had many cheat days in the last two weeks, but always kept it within 600kcal...But managed to get back on just shakes for three days now and feeling better Smile

Wow @unhealthy2healthy that weight loss is amazing... have you stuck to plan every day?

I'm on week 2 day 2 and was down 8.6lb (until I had Chinese!)

I find it's ok after day 4, but my god, things have been happening to me in the toilet that I have never experienced before, thank god i WFH!

@feellikezerobucks I stuck to it for just over three weeks with no cheats! And then now I’m having the occasional protein and veg meal, but still no carbs and always sticking within 600kcal a day!! Seems to be working ok for me, but I am a little more tempted by food!!!

8.6lb is amazing, did you get back on it after?:-)
