Morning all

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness.

We've reached the half way part now, and I hope you're finding it a bit easier - no more carb flu, and getting used to a different way of eating.

If you've suffered from the week 3, 4 or even 5 stall, I hope that this week you'll see the scales start to move (downwards!) again.

I hope you all have a good week

B. Scrambled egg and smoked salmon. Coffee with AM&C
L. Lidl Greek yoghurt, cream and raspberries. A few pecans
D. Roast chicken and stir fried Brussels sprouts
S. 2 more coffee with AM&C

I finally got my kitchen curtains finished and hung today. It has taken quite a while. I see it as a sign of increased energy. Good luck for tomorrow's weigh in everyone.

Thank you, I hope it doesn't take too long to heal, I'm such a wimp with pain, so thankfully it doesn't hurt much!

Sayrra my mum keeps a horse at the same yard, maybe I can persuade her to be my groom for a couple of weeks Grin

Just about to weigh in, hopefully not a gain, but I know I had a couple of bad days so I know why if I do!

Morning, all!

Hope you are well and that you are experiencing scale and non-scale victories.

I am just starting Week 5 of bootcamp, so I am a bit behind the rest of you. I hope this weeks kickstarts a whoosh as I've stalled in Weeks 3 and 4.

Last evening I made swede chips for the first time. A revelation! Swede chips are my new favourite foods. I made them with paprika and they were absolutely delicious. I think I will try swede mash next.

I still don't seem to be able to drink three litres of water - I can't seem to take in more than 2.5. However, I will try to give it a push this week.

KOKO, everyone!
