Morning all.

It's horribly wet and windy here Darn Sarf - bit of a washout this Easter weekend.

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for one last time

Not sure how many hardy souls there are left, but hopefully those of you who have stuck the course have had good results.

Once we get to the end of this week, I'll start a general chat thread so that we can carry on logging food, sharing thoughts, asking questions etc.

Not sure when the next Bootcamp will be, but we can use the next thread to keep us going until then, if you want to stay.

Well done Hammer. That is a fantastic loss. The only thing I can suggest is drinking plenty of water and hopefully you will flush out some of the bloat.

Belated birthday wishes Stunt Thanks

I have bought some lovely stuff for the week ahead. I have also made some mayo.
I will be posting to keep myself accountable.

blackteaplease · 09/04/2016 18:10

Good luck wombat, it's quite easy to get bored if you are eating the same meals. Some low carb treat food will hopefully help.

feekerry · 09/04/2016 19:13

Keep going wombat....
I have been right back on it big style last 2 days and feel great... Makes me wonder why I bother having carby bad days as feel a million times better when I don't!!!

wombattoo · 10/04/2016 15:11

Thanks again for all the good wishes and support.

I will be weighing in the morning to discover the extent of the damage, but I am mentally ready to start again.

ChesterDrawers · 10/04/2016 15:56

Wombat Flowers I am in a similar situation to you, lost a fair bit last BC but have rally struggled this time. I haven't even lost what I gained over Xmas. My last binge was Tuesday but I have had too much wine and not enough water so frightened to go near the scales. Glad you are back on it now though.

ShebaQueen · 10/04/2016 17:24

Hello all, I am still here and koko-ing although have had some wine over the weekend. I want to lose at least another stone and a half, with the half off by mid May for a weekend away. Have been 100% on plan today and have some lovely fish to cook for dinner tonight. Bit of travelling for work ahead this week - BIWI you are so right, it's all in the planning.

Thanks all for the continuing motivation Smile

wombattoo · 10/04/2016 18:36

Chester Get on the scales tomorrow and join us that are kick starting tomorrow. It's never too late.

I think i may try eat more fish Sheba

Hammer Have you lost the bloat?

feekerry · 10/04/2016 19:25

I don't weigh in till Friday's but having put on last week ain't going there again x

BusiB · 10/04/2016 21:08

Hi. I know I'm late to the party but are some of you starting now? If so, can I join in please? Blush

BusiB · 11/04/2016 00:45

Sorry, I have posted on the wrong thread there.

HammerToFall · 11/04/2016 06:13

Woombatoo - yes two days back on it and it's gone back to flat thank god!Having carbs just isn't worth the symptoms I get now. I end up bloated with irritable bowel and feel starving all the time. I've learnt my lesson! Smile

lexloofah · 11/04/2016 07:12

Hello all, back after a week sick and a week on hols. Switzerland was brilliant but def not LCHF friendly, Bratwurst and cheese OK of course but bread with absolutely everything (but without butter ????) plus pastries and chocolate at every turn, how are the Swiss not the most obese nation I do not know. A scary 5lb on and back on it from today, starting with speedy sausages and fried eggs for brek, need to go shopping so just making a list

BIWI · 11/04/2016 08:14

BusiB - not sure what thread you were wanting to be on, but there isn't an ongoing Bootcamp at the moment. The next one will start some time in May. In the meantime, this is an ongoing Bootcamp chat thread, which you are very welcome to join!

Good morning all!

I'm kick-starting today, like many others Smile hope we can motivate each other to stay on track!

Weigh-in of shame this morning - 179 pounds which is 4 up from my lowest during the last BC mid Feb. Not surprised but disappointed that I have to lose it all again...

Today:
B - BPC, hb egg, coffee and cream
L - egg muffin / quiche type thing with broccoli and cheese
D - steak, cauli, broccoli, garlic mushrooms
3L water

KOKO folks!

wombattoo · 11/04/2016 16:44

I weighed in at 177lbs. 5 heavier than I started bootcamp. Blush. I am looking forwards not back and have had a good day.
B: egg mayo
L: Salad with roast chicken, mayo and an oily dressing
D: Pork chop, broccoli, and mushrooms in butter
S: Babybel
I have managed more water but still need to drink about half a litre, which will be easy before bed.

feekerry · 11/04/2016 21:24

Ye I gained for 2 weeks in a row so not going back there!

B= protein shake with scoop peanut butter and almond milk
L= last nights chicken with mixed peppers
D= tuna steak with cauli rice

2 litres of water

BusiB · 11/04/2016 23:06

Thanks BIWI. Hi Everyone. Smile. Wasn't sure if this thread was the right one.
I have been eating lowish carb for awhile now but fell off track a little at Easter and struggling to get back. Started today again though.
Breakfast was nut and seed granola with coconut milk and berries

Lunch-didn't bother

Dinner braised steak with swede onions mushrooms and a little red wine to braise it. Served with spinach cauliflower and red cabbage

Coyo yoghurt with berries and pecans

Water and teas

StuntNun · 12/04/2016 08:37

Braised steak sounds nice. I must try that. Can you make it in the slow cooker?

BusiB · 12/04/2016 11:05

Stuntyes it's better done in the slow cooker. Makes it more tender. Smile

Weighed in yesterday and was pissed off to discover after a week back on it, with three days of only 800 cals and one binge I was right back where I started in January at 10st 10. So, of course, I fell face first into a day of carbs and booze Hmm

Anyway, now that's over I am back in control and back on the wagon.
B: Eggs, butter, bit of grated cheddar
L: M&S cheese and onion sandwich filler, with crispy bacon dippers
D: LC sausagaes, swede mash with butter, broccoli and asparagus roaseted with olive oil

So, too much dairy and too much processed stuff, but one day at a time.

BusiB · 12/04/2016 16:48

I know I'm new to the thread Chester but just keep on and it will start to come down. I lost a couple of stone last year but have only lost two pounds this year so far but have managed to not gain which is more important. Smile

wombattoo · 12/04/2016 19:16

Welcome BusiB
Keep going Chester

I was 2lb down when I weighed this morning, so feeling very cheery.
B: Sliced ham with hm mayo
L: Roast chicken salad with oily dressing
D: Spicy loin of pork with salad and mayo
S: Pork crackling
Done my water and had 1 cup of tea. I'm going to have a coffee with cream

feekerry · 12/04/2016 20:26

Falling face first into booze sounds good Shock but I do have a mild issue with wine Blush

Another good day for me

B= protein shake with almond milk and peanut butter
L= salmon and chicken kebab (yep was as gross as it sounds)
D= one of those m and s low carb dinners - it was the courgetti and chicken one. Yum

BusiB · 12/04/2016 22:43
