Wheat and milk, milk has been a threshold thing for years but it had been tollerated so much better in recent years although not surprised at wednesday's reaction. But taste testing ds' biscuit recipes today caused the throat closing and the rash. No real harm done but really means I know cheating is not just a case of oh it just messes up the diet a bit. It really is a case of must not eat this. Surprised by the reaction as I was avoiding it for pain reasons as well as for low carb woe reasons but it makes sense of a few things. Ds face when we were going through what I now can't eat like ever was a picture :D he said he would share his dairy free chocolate with me bless him. I told him it was his but I'd share his almond milk.

Suggest BC holiday in Cayman once targets reached, something to aim for ?or the low carb caribbean cruise for a BC reunion

No sympathy for your grrr at the hot weather thumb. We still have to have the heating on timed for when we get up here.

I'm 191 today, so 1lb loss from last week.
