Morning all!
Have been busy busy but haven't cheated and have added more butter to my food. Also had roast Pork belly slices a couple of days.

My jeans do up, but the muffinage renders them unwearable for now still, but it's a step in the right direction innit? Grin I am not weighing because whatevs, I feel better, look better and I'm determined not to get too down about the rest of it.

Good luck losers! Hope you all get the whoosh fairy this week. After me.

1lb on Sad but AF plus Saturday night chippy tea do not a skinny bird make. Body fat still on the way down though, so despite gain, I am apparently half an lb of fat down on last week, if that makes sense.

Still a bit disorganised, this awful PMT really seems to have turned my life on it's head this month. I know that sounds totally dramatic, and I know others have loads more going on than a bit of PMT, and I know if someone else said it I would probably be a bit Hmm but it's true. Kicks up arse/slaps on the back/much needed hugs greatly received, but please be aware I may cry on you.

But anyway, today is looking like:

B: three ricotta cups - love these!
L: ???? something from M&S????
D: ???? Salmon maybe???? DS' parents' evening, so no idea what time we'll be done

My three-times weekly kettlebells classes have been cancelled, which I am beyond gutted about, so trying to sort a PT session so I can carry on using weights. So might have a session today, but if not no exercise Sad

Perhaps you can think of pmt as being the last complaint of the fat you are losing? Sorry Chester don't know what to suggest. I do hope you get some relief soon pmt is horrid :(

Almond milk in my coffee is not cutting it so I guess I am going coffee free Shock[wibbles] so that I can ditch dairy completely.

lex your pictures are lovely.

Breakfast: scrambled eggs as normal. - this needs changing up.

Chester, massive hugs to you. This WOE has helped with the pain element of my TOTM hugely, but I still find myself emotionally struggling, plus like you weight goes up. I would ignore that lb and weigh again once you are into your new cycle Flowers

Bitchy, also allergic to wheat and dairy here too; plus grains related to wheat - not an issue if you are low carbing but maybe bear in mind this could be a possibility. I use unsweetened almond milk in my coffee, it is fine. Soya is not everyone's cup of tea, but Alpro do a soya single cream. Last night, I made DC cheesy pasta with almond milk and a bit of soya cream and they ate it just fine. DS is lactose intolerant, so I used the lactofree cheese, but I am trying to keep his sugars as low as possible, hence experimenting with the sauce.

Stayed the same today but too much coffee and cream and not enough water so its what i deserve, also had a 3lb drop on weds - so cant really complain.

I am in a small selection of my 16s but i tried a top on last night and it clung to my rolls so that went back in the cupboard - sigh. Another few more pounds should do it but birthday this week so not very hopeful! Also TOTM due soon. Hubby away from end of next week so intend to be hardcore and go very low dairy and see if he notices a difference when he gets home.

At party yesterday not one person said i had lost weight - i have lost 2.5st and almost 3 dress sizes since my DS was born a year ago. My weight is a topic for family debate inc the speed or lack of that i am losing the baby weight, so it would have been nice for anyone to have noticed - gits!

Good luck everyone with weigh in, KOKO

Good morning! I'm two pounds down this morning. Of course, that's two pounds up on my mid week low, but I never thought that was a real figure. So, I'm now at 13.9, which is 11 pounds off from the official start of bootcamp and probably at least a stone from 5 January, which is when I actually started but without weighing myself.

I think I have all my holiday clothes sorted now, and I'm still hopeful that my benchmark shorts will fit well in the next three weeks. I found a bikini that I quite like, but I'm still waiting for the other two to arrive from Asos. Then I'll do a comparative assessment to decide which one to keep.

Flowers to those who are struggling or not feeling well. I hope things improve.

Morning Campers :)
Well done all for sticking in!

Lex just Envy
Chester I know the feeling, it has irrational impact on everything but you feel like it's trivial.
I tried all sorts of quack remedies and ended up taking Agnus Cactus which helps a bit.

I had the fairy Grin 5lbs for me so sending her at ya FoxA

It is nicer cold Romey i will bare in mind the related grains. Was going to start with the wheat/gluten and milk and then research the most common allergens found with Fibro suffers and work on excluding should the symptoms not feck off. Ds helpfully suggest I just drink it black Hmm I have a short to do list today, it includes not killing anyone. Grin mondays and minimal coffee, not sure it is such a good idea but if I fell better in the long run I am willing to give it a go. Hmm

Up 2lbs again this week. No period to blame it on either??
But will KOKO and going to cut out the dairy midweek and do a sort of uber camp.
Well done to the losers.

Stayed the same this week but I had a shit Friday as I ate out for lunch and dinner and probably haven't had enough water over the weekend. Note to self - don't bother with TGI Friday's - the menu is shockingly hard for low carbers and they seem to have added £10 on to everything on the menu...

3 weeks left so hopefully I can shift at least 3lbs. Then there's not long to go until my goal weight of 10st!

Morning all. I have just caught up on the last thread. Loving the pics. Tried to take one of me but we don't have a full mirror and i couldn't get the right 'selfie' angle. So i will wait for dh tonight.

Tried my 14 jeans on and they fit snuggly with no muffinage - but muffin top/belly has never been my problem it's the vast arse and thighs i need to get rid of. I can get into 12s in wide leg trousers but struggle getting 16 skinnies over my knees.

I have lost 1lb this week. which is good as when i was trapped on the m25 for 6hrs on weds i ate a whole huge bar of 85% choc Shock I didn't even enjoy it. I was just so hungry and it was all i had. Then i had quite a bit of wine to celebrate not being on the m25 anymore!

Still in sleep hell. Think i'm going to the docs & hv about it. May get a sleep consultant if they can't help. Dh is away Fri-Tues this week. i just don't know how i'm going to cope. :(

Have a good day all. Well done to all the losers and koko to those who haven't.

However I am properly properly on it for the next 3 weeks and beyond. COME ON.

Still keeping on here. Scales not kind this morning which is annoying as I thought I'd had a pretty good weekend - grrr! On Friday I was nearly a pound down and just on the brink of breaking into a new stone zone which I thought I would achieve today. Still will keep at it - it will go!!

Sympathies on family not noticing MrsS . I suspect success is not such good fodder for comments than perceived failure. Keep at it and stick it to them!!

Morning all. Just recovering from the shred, don't know if I will ever get to level 2 never mind be shredded!

Lost a pound so am bang on 13 stone. The scales were wobbling between 12.13 and 13 though, so hopefully next weigh in I'll have broken the barrier.
I've got a curry out and another meal out this week though, so might try über camp until Thursday.

I'm another half a lb down on my midweek low last week, weighing in at 115lbs. Six lbs exactly to go now til i'm "overweight" so if i can do it by the end if bootcamp that will be fab, but i'll be perfectly happy to just do it in six weeks :)

Morning all. I'm about two pounds down, which is perfect, especially considering I have tits of doom/torpedo boobies from what should be my period.

Have got a head cold and bit of a sore throat, as has dp but he also lost this week, so is sitting exactly at 100 kilos. I can't be arsed to change his to pounds, but he started bc a week early at 112 kilos, so is beyond chuffed Grin

Have got an unexpected day off work today, so I'm going to take my new jacket to get altered professionally fingers crossed they can put the sleeves back on what I have yarked off like a div

amax you are the same as myself and mrss 13.9 ish. I weighed 13.8 yesterday, but I did rather eat a lot yesterday!

I've told dp this morning I want to break into the 12 stone in 8 weeks. Which gives me 1lb a week and one week where I loose 2lbs. It's not too unrealistic, but I am OK if I don't manage it.

I keep thinking I will do uber or maybe even an egg fast but when I think like that, it just makes me want food more. Hmm

I think I may need a partner in crime. Any takers?

Sorry mrsk I realise 6 hrs on a motorway is horrific without kids, nevermind with them, but I did chuckle at you eating choc when you where on there and then drinking wine because you where no longer on there. Poor you.

beyond cracks whip- stay off!!!

Bitchy, if you google cross-reactivity and wheat/gluten, then you will find some information about possibly related triggers. I have been tested and my known allergies are wheat, grass and birch pollen (which cross-react with certain fruits and also wheat), tree nuts and dairy, plus various things which they cross react with. Going LC, I think, naturally takes me onto a range of foods I am less/not allergic to (with the exception of pumpkins and related squashes and aubergine, which I react to). It is just one of the reasons I am so happy with this WOE.

Weigh-in - please to say that I am indeed 4lbs down this week Grin which takes me to my target of 10lb off this boot camp. Now I am going to concentrate on keeping it off. Managing to stay at this weight would be fantastic - and adding in some exercise for some more body tone. Curious to see if it is possible (if I believe everything I read, I should be able to low carb, following the rules, without yo-yoing back up, which would be a first). I am about one pound away from goal weight, so if I am greedy, I want to lose that too, but that seems too much to ask for

Drawing a veil over the scales here - a combination of MILs for the weekend to celebrate 2 milestone birthdays...lets just say my glycogen stores are clearly overloaded....
Hauling ass (bigger) back on wagon as we speak.
Am in this for the long haul anyway, but head down now, no excuses.
Well done everyone else!

Sass, am I right in thinking you're quite tall? I'm 5'9". What is your final goal weight?

Report
sassandfaff · 09/03/2015 11:28

No amax I'm a short arse! Dp measured me a while ago and he said I'm 5'3 and 3 quarters, so I just say 5'4 because it's easier. Wink

I was 11 stone before last 3 dc's. That would be my minimum goal weight. Maximum would be anywhere under that to bottom out at 9 stone 7. (I'm not super hopeful, but it would be a nice dream)
