The scales just keep going down, even though I am back on three good meals a day.
Needless to say I am very
at being 1lb off my final pre-Christmas BC WI, so all the weight I gained in December and on January's all-inclusive, child-free, boozy holiday all but gone.
I am wearing size 14 trousers that I bought just before the start of BC and they are really baggy. almost to the point of not being able to wear them. Still not back in the 12s yet but surely can't be too far off.
Today's plan:
B: BPC, eggs, butter
L: chicken breast in parma ham, salad leaves, HM mayo
D: Chicken thighs in tinned toms (1/3 tin), leeks, courgette, mushrooms, shallot, garlic, cauli rice, bit of grated cheddar
Got kettlebells class at lunchtime too, so looking forward to getting hammered at that.
