Hallo you lovely lot! Thanks heartily for all the love. Have dusted myself down good and proper, and feel marvellous once again. Very busy weekend, Saturday dp and I did painting my mothers fucking bathroom (long story) and on Sunday dp and I wallpapered his mothers front room.... 
For the record, wallpapering sucks ass way more than painting.
Guts still not ok, but slight improvement. I know that cheese or dairy isn't the best idea for me when my guts off, but after the chicken soup on Saturday (which was basically empty broth cos I picked a dud from the freezer, all the bloody meat must be in the other ones,) I was craving a ham and cheese 'roll' (I have got the sliced Edam from lidl and the sliced ham - so I slapped a couple together with mayonnaise and rolled them up and chewed them down... ) And I 'needed' another one this morning when I got up.... Not sure what that's about.
Dp made us bratwurst and mushrooms and bacon for a brunch, then at mil we got a really lovely lc Sunday dinner as a reward for the wallpapering, she did chicken boobies marinated in garlic and then sprouts, mashed turnip, and lc cauliflower cheese.
She also did us 'pudding' of berries and whipped cream. I had a gnats portion as I was pretty stuffed and also mindful that it is carby.
Have guzzled my bastard water intake for the day, and this evening dp and I did a demon clean and sort out of the flat. He has moved in some of his furniture and it's like a lifesize game of Tetris in here, but we're much more sorted than before, and only have the bedroom and then a lick of paint throughout to go until we're done! and all the fucking floors to sand, paint, and varnish
And I even managed a relaxing bath, and a hair wash - epic!
Looking forward to weighing in tomorrow as I know I've had a good week. Ooh and also I found my bloody bike lock key, which I had 'put away' so cleverly I couldn't unlock my bike! Now I might actually get the old bone shaker out for a spin
