Well done eva on staying at the same weight, I am sure you will get to your previous lowest weight and you can give the rest of us some advice on how to get there in the first place

MrsKoala would DS eat a LC lunch then if he didn't eat you could eat it and it wouldn't be wasted? COuld you give DH some cucumber and pepper (not the lowest carb but better than cake) and mayo (garlic/lemon) for his lunch as well?
Well done project doesn't matter if we are only 15 hours in, if you've managed 15 already then you can do another 15 
Grah yes it is crazy as you've discovered your weight fluctuates throughout the day. That is why is is best to weigh only once per week....if even that much. If you get obsessive about weighing then measuring might be better?

janx BPC is bullet proof coffee, coffee with coconut oil, butter and sometimes cream. It is a good way of getting in extra fat.
