Evening everyone. I hope you're all ready, prepared and raring to go!

Here is the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness:

for you to enter your starting weight

Have a good look at the tabs at the bottom, as there you will find the rules, the list of allowed veg and lots of other really useful information.

I've also started the questions thread , so if you have anything you need to ask, that's the best place to ask it. The chat threads move really quickly in the first weeks, so this thread is the best place to ask your questions.

And this time around, I thought it might be useful to have a thread to post about good/interesting low carb products that you come across:

Here

Good luck!

Morning all.
Apparently today is Blue Monday - good time to start something new this year Smile

FurFoxAke · 19/01/2015 06:51

Morning everyone!
Breakfast has been some Parma ham and a BPC. I'm hoping not to have BPC everyday but had it today as I realised too late yesterday that I don't have any eggs.
Hope everyone is well and raring to go?
Am off to weigh and measure...not looking forward to it but it must be done as I like to see my progress as well as feel it.

MontserratCaballe · 19/01/2015 07:02

Morning, campers! Thanks for the thread and for beating us with your stick, BIWI. I don't think I am on the SS but that is fine as I have drunk water today so can't weigh anyway. I am going on hols in May and would like to be in certain clothes by then. I am thinking this will be 1.5 stone but I bet I am heavier than I think, so probably nearer 2. Still, one day at a time, eh?

Am excited about all the lovely LC grub coming my way. Let's do this!

Good luck, everyone.

craftykits · 19/01/2015 07:07

I've added my weight in to the chart.....have already started in the last week and got over the awful headaches etc and am just getting through the leg aches and cramps which are a tiny bit better.....by day 4 last week I was on the pain killers ! Haven't had a drink since New Years day so that part will be easier to deal with.....

outtolunchagain · 19/01/2015 07:18

i have added myself to the bottom of the spreadsheet, it seems to have pu tmy entire weight in as this weeks loss!

BIWI · 19/01/2015 07:19

Morning all!

If you can, please add yourself to the spreadsheet - just put your name at the bottom of the list, don't worry about the alphabetisation.

And please add your own weight if you can - it gives Sayra a lot of extra work if she has to add people's weight as well as their names.

Thank you Flowers

Marking my place!
Been on the pre-thread for the last few weeks and have already lost 7lbs of the 28lbs I'd like to shift. Time to be Really strict!

Good Luck everyone!

PseudoBadger · 19/01/2015 07:34

Hello! Good luck all Smile

RatherBeOnThePiste · 19/01/2015 07:35

Morning Losers Brew :)

Tenementfunster · 19/01/2015 07:35

Yay!!! The long awaited new bootcamp. LET'S GET THIS SHIT STARTED!!!
Woo hoo

I won't be adding myself to the tracker, will go by the old waist band. This bc I will pledge to drink more water, and just because all meat had no carbs, doesn't mean I have to eat most of a small farm most weeks. (A pols to veggies)
Another woo hoo. Yeah!

ElectraCute · 19/01/2015 07:42

Well, not a great start - the kitchen bulb has blown and I've got no spares, and it's still pitch dark outside! I managed to make a cup of tea and eat a couple of spoonfuls of total by the light of the fridge, but I think that's me done for the morning Hmm

Off to work - having afternoon tea with my boss today at le pain quotidien - not sure how I'm going to work my way round that one either...hey ho!

Good luck everyone!

FurFoxAke · 19/01/2015 07:44

Grin tenement

Well, my scales only go up to just over 6 stone, I'm guessing one of the DCs has a hand in this.
So, purely as a starting number I am 6.4 stone. Hmm I'm aiming for six or slightly less but the end of the two weeks! but shan't be weighing regularly.
I haven't found the tape measure as yet, but I'd like to drop about 4 inches ASAP., previous experience has taught me this is entirely possible but we'll see. Grin
I'm aiming for my black jeans at the end of the ten weeks if you don't mind BIWI? Ta.
Wink

ClashCityRocker · 19/01/2015 07:46

Just checking in!

As I said on the other thread, sayra you can delete me - I'm not going to weigh until the end of bootcamp as I get over obsessive about it otherwise.

All ready to go today though and will be posting on the thread!

MrsHerculePoirot · 19/01/2015 08:00

Marking place! Is the weight tracker anywhere?

Sorelip · 19/01/2015 08:05

SayraT please can you add my weight as 153.4? I'm on a tablet and cannot edit the spreadsheet.

Thank you Biwi for running boot camp and Sayra for doing the spreadsheet. It really makes a difference to have so many people in the same boat as me.

MrsKoala · 19/01/2015 08:05

Morning all. Hope we are feeling positive. I'm feeling good (despite ds2 getting me up 5 times in the night :( ). I need to lose at least a stone and a half really. I don't have a target weight as such. Possibly somewhere between 11st 10 and 12st 4. (currently 13st 9lb)

MrKoala has agreed to join me. He has known he needs to do something for a while, but suffers from a horrendous sweet tooth, a lack of knowledge (or willingness to learn) about food, poor impulse control and a ridiculous level of denial! Grin He got on the scales this morning and i saw his face crumble when he realised he was 17st 3lb Shock . Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have motivated him, more send him into a depression. he's left for work with a daily mail sadface. oh dear.

PseudoBadger · 19/01/2015 08:05

My phone is auto-opening the spreadsheet using 'Google sheets' app, and is jumping straight to next week's weigh in column. I can't get it back to this week, is anyone else having this issue?

ChesterDrawers · 19/01/2015 08:08

Checking in and raring to go after a cocktail laden carb fest in Dubai over the last week. Was amazing, but I am so ready for this. Booked holiday for beginning of July so the aim is a size 10 by then, whatever that equates to on the scales.

Today's plan:
B: eggs, home made ghee
L: Broccoli and Stilton soup
D: Slow cooked ham, coleslaw with home-made mayo, salad with olive oil

Aiming for a mostly dairy-free bootcamp after finding I have a bit of a problem with it causing stalls, but today's soup needed to be eaten.

Supermum0203 · 19/01/2015 08:09

Morning to all of you!
I have tried to add my weight to the sheet, but I can't do it from the phone. Could anybody do it for me! It's a shocking 68.1 kg... Gosh! Last time I was that heavy I was pregnant with my first one.... Such a disgrace...Sad
Anyway lets b positive and I hope you all have a good day and a good week.

Mrsstevejones · 19/01/2015 08:10

Morning all, stupidly excited about starting today! Cant wait to be a bit slimmer by my birthday.

Today the plan is

Breakfast 1 - BPC - just brewing now!
Breakfast 2 - Green smoothie (kale, avocado, cucumber, coconut oil)
Snack/ lunch- Ricotta, cheese and chorizo bite
Dinner - chicken and bacon casserole, with swede mash and broccoli

Havent weighed myself yet but will do later and add (try) myself to the spreadsheet.

Good luck everyone - happy monday x

Pisseslikeahorse · 19/01/2015 08:11

weight tracker for you MrsH

Good morning all, yep i'm back getting rid of the Xmas Mass. As I did before I'm training for a race distance at the end of bootcamp to give me something to focus on. Good luck all

amigababy · 19/01/2015 08:17

last minute entrant, adding myself to the SoF, and weighing in at 159.4 lbs, With 20 to lose. I was going low sugar in early January, had a big blip over this weekend, but am now ready to go the whole hog and low carb too. And am veggie - hello to any other low carbing vegetarians.

Amaxapax · 19/01/2015 08:23

I've been doing bootcamp for two weeks now and have been quite strict, I thought. I'm a bit gutted because I got on the scales yesterday and this morning and have gained a pound, but I know that's why I don't weigh every day, and hopefully I'll see a change next Monday.
B: Three boiled eggs with mayo
L: Skin-on chicken breast with mayo, salad leaves, marinated cucumber, two little cheese sticks
D: Burger on cloud bread, courgette gratin, broccoli

I'm hoping to lose 2.5 stone by 3 April, when I go on holiday. I know this is a bit unrealistic. However, I'm also doing Pilates and Jillian Michaels DVDs, so even if I can't lose that amount maybe I can tone up sufficiently to make a noticeable difference.

prettybird · 19/01/2015 08:26

Naturalblonde - the spreadsheet does usually load on an iPhone - it just takes an age to do so (and you need to give it extra time after you think it has loaded for the tabs to load) and is really clunky to move around.

TheGrinchWearsStripes · 19/01/2015 08:27

Good morning all! I am on the train to work and frankly salivating at some of the menus for today. Especially as I realise that my lunch is still on the kitchen counter Hmm . However, for breakfast I had a couple of slices of prosciutto with the one egg I managed to hide from the ravening hordes. I will pop into Tesco's and get some salad and meat, as that's what I planned for lunch anyway. Dinner will be sausages from the local butcher with veg.
