Evening everyone. I hope you're all ready, prepared and raring to go!

Here is the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness:

for you to enter your starting weight

Have a good look at the tabs at the bottom, as there you will find the rules, the list of allowed veg and lots of other really useful information.

I've also started the questions thread , so if you have anything you need to ask, that's the best place to ask it. The chat threads move really quickly in the first weeks, so this thread is the best place to ask your questions.

And this time around, I thought it might be useful to have a thread to post about good/interesting low carb products that you come across:

Here

Good luck!

Beyond you look great. Nice flat tum. Tbh i usually have a flat tum, even after 2 babies and a c-section in August my stomach has gone quite flat...it my arse Shock and thighs Shock Shock and upper arms Shock Shock Shock . No one tells you that about pregnancy do they? no one says well you don't just put weight on the tummy and trunk, you may also get cellulite on your upper arms and shins Shock Shock Shock Shock MY FUCKING SHINS!!!!

My boobs are a write off, i don't even bother about them anymore. I have made the decision that after we have finished with having babies i'm getting them sorted. I can only feed from one side so one is bigger and droopier than the other. They were always shit, but tolerated, now they are just horrendous, they look like a fried egg and a satsuma in a sock Confused . If DH and i broke up i would never ever sleep with anyone else because they are so bad :(

Insipred by Beyond i think i will look out some old pics to see what i can look like if i stick to this woe. :)

MrsKoala · 22/01/2015 17:15

This is probably not my thinnest, but my healthiest. I was about 12st and very active. It was about 6 years ago. (when i was 31) I'd like to get back to that really. Only a stone and a half to go. It IS doable. I WILL do it. :) (a bit harder to go on nice bike rides with little kids tho)

God, yy to the upper arms! How the f did that even happen?!

My stomach doesnt go out too much in front, its the love handles that i need to sort! And my thighs. My bum has always been big, im used to that Grin

Thank you to all the compliments of young me btw Blush [preen]

Dinner is minted lamb, mashed swede, cauli and broccoli

DH usually makes our curries from scratch - fry shallots, add garlic and ginger paste, spices and tomato. Whizz it all up in blender. Fry meat and then mix it all together. Add cream and coconut oil for me and more chilli for dh.

WireCat · 22/01/2015 17:27

Currently eating salad leaves dipped into mayonnaise as I'm craving shite.

mootime · 22/01/2015 17:37

Blimey this thread moves so quickly.
I'm glad I started 2 weeks early as I am struggling to keep away from all the birthday cake. Enjoying the shift to BC light.
Breakfast was coyo with a few blueberries
Lunch cauliflower soup with chorizo
Snacks kale chips and macadamia nuts
Supper will be steak and celeriac chips.
Need to up my fat I think.

lurkingmurking · 22/01/2015 17:48

I am addicted to salami milano...that is all.

TeapotDictator · 22/01/2015 17:49

Hello lovely people. I hope it's okay but despite being seriously late to the party I'd like to join, and have added my details to the list. :)

Notsoskinnyminny · 22/01/2015 18:01

I got fed up with the sarcy comments about cream, ff yog and butter so I take them in in plastic pots. On the rare occasions when my dozy assistant offers to make a drink she thinks its demeaning but never says no when I offer and I want a coffee I just say I'll sort myself out when I've finished x so I can enjoy it before it goes cold and she's none the wiser but I mostly drink hot water and lemon or herbal tea and try and wait until 2.30 when she's gone before I have a coffee so I'm ready for the 3-4pm madness the joy of working in a school office

Food today

B buttery poached eggs (2 for me and 1 for divadog)
L swede soup and cajun chicken thighs
D chicken wrapped in chorizo, cauli couscous and stuffed mushrooms
E walked divadog for 45mins and going to do JMs shred it with weights

antimatter · 22/01/2015 18:07

I had to stop myself 3 times today from going for a nibble. I am feeling a bit stressed and that is unfortunately the reason for me wanting to eat to cover my emotions Sad

WireCat · 22/01/2015 18:40

The problem is, I don't have lunch cos l go to work at 11:45 & get home at about 15:30.
I should have made something when I got home, but I couldn't be bothered.
Then I got hungry.
So I ate so e olives who ha bit of feta, some cheddar cheese some salad leaves dipped in mayonnaise. And then I cooked chicken thighs for the kids tea so I removed the skin and put that back in the oven & ate the skin when it was crispy!

I'm ok now.

Will be having salmon with cauli-rice later when dh gets home.

Mrsstevejones · 22/01/2015 18:43

Just snacked on two sausages to stop me pinching the kids left overs.

After thai curry paste shocker, will be having chicken and courgette pasta with hm tomato and red pepper sauce (only a bit) then smothered in cheese.

In fact need to crack on now as starving

WireCat · 22/01/2015 18:46

I've not had any headache or signs if carb flu. But today I am desperate for something sweet.

Apophenia · 22/01/2015 18:56

Evening all!

Posted my breakfast earlier.

L- salmon and spinach salad with chilli Mayo.

D - Thai green curry (chicken, Thai paste, coconut cream, mange tout and baby corn) with cauliflower-rice. Even made DP have cauliflower-rice too.

He liked it!

Feeling positive about food. I'm not able to exercise as much as I'd like though, which I know that I need to aid weight loss, so need to not get too down when I don't drop the 3-4lbs a week I managed on my last boot camp when I exercised loads as it was the holidays.

Fatstacks · 22/01/2015 19:07

I think I have a bloody ear infection.
At my age.
I haven't had one for 30mumble years but I can recall the pain instantly.
Finding it hard tonight, blaming my sore ear and neck i've gone through...
3/4 massive tub of greek yoghurt.
2 litres almond milk.
4 babybells.
And that was after dinner.

Oh and I've been circling the dark chocolate like a man eating shark.

DP had buns too. 3 bakewells.
AND a vanilla custard.
I know cos I counted
Sad

Like seeing the motivation pics guys, you're a welcome sight Smile

MushroomTree · 22/01/2015 19:31

Checking in. Think I've got carb flu as I've been very headachy the past few days :(

Enjoying the food and not being bloated though!

CharlieSierra · 22/01/2015 19:35

Whoever was saying about being dense, I am too! Back in the day I was always a full stone heavier than my sister, identical height and same clothes size, very annoying. Right now I need to lose at least 3 more stone according to all the charts but I'm pretty reliably into a size 14, my Next relaxed skinnies are a 12 and a tad loose, I'm a Bravissimo girl and in a 34F. I'm going to be a size 6 at 10 stone at this rate, and I'm too old to be skinny!

Today I had avocado for breakfast and coffee with cream, leftover gyoza meatballs with salad and home made Mayo for lunch and 2 chicken thighs with some mushrooms fried with pancetta, green beans and spinach.

yongnian · 22/01/2015 19:51

Can't keep up with the thread but seems everyone is doing well!
I ate
B: boiled eggs mashed with butter salt and mayo
L: tuna melt with double cream, Parmesan and romaine lettuce
S: handful smoked almonds
D: salmon, spinach, mayo and buttered green beans
W: 2.5 ltrs
E: post natal workout DVD (medium level)

BeyondDoesBootcamp · 22/01/2015 19:51

BCL snack for me now - greek yoghurt, spoonful of almonds and coconut

FurFoxAke · 22/01/2015 20:10

Evening all! Hope everyone is well and has managed to avoid BIWI's stick? Grin

Soo..
Breakfast: buttery duck egg and BPC
Dinner: steak and roast buttery cauliflower
Tea: two sausages (I've checked them before and they're ok but can't remember off the top of my head) egg, big mushroom and 1/2 a beef tomato. I felt a bit wobbly so thought I'd do something like that as a bit of a treat.
Water done by school pick up time, so am swigging more as I go just to up it a bit.

All in all, less coffee, more water and no snacks. So yay!

Keep going losers!

FurFoxAke · 22/01/2015 20:11

Hmm, actually I need to up my greens don't I? Well, salad and spinach tomorrow so lots then!

ijustwanttobeme · 22/01/2015 20:12

BIWI and lurking thanks for encouragement.

Despite quite a full on afternoon at work, I resisted all carb temptations.

I did snack as soon as I got in, by having slices of ham and a dozen or so olives)

Dinner was a salmon steak with ratatouille.

Have also drunk almost 2l of water - my. body is slowly adjusting to the fluid intake. Normally I have two coffees a day and that's it.

Notso · 22/01/2015 20:14

Thanks for the curry recommendations Mrsstevejones and Beyond.
Loving the pictures too.
I've really enjoyed my food today, didn't have cauliflower soup for tea as I was down 2 DC and the bigger 2 wanted burgers. I stuffed mine with blue cheese and had it with loads of salad and mayo on the side, it was lovely.
I just dished up chocolate cake to DH and the kids and I didn't even consider eating even the teensiest morsel.

Apophenia · 22/01/2015 20:15

Furfox, where do you get your duck eggs?

Apophenia · 22/01/2015 20:16

I can't see pictures in the app. Sad

lurkingmurking · 22/01/2015 20:20

Spin class done and I had tons of energy - bloody loved it
