No loss this week, although I think there probably was a little bit of a loss because I rounded down to the pound when converting from kilos (I am danish so still think in kilos).

Hopefully next weigh-in will show more effects.

Well done to everyone, good luck for this new week Smile

Velocirapture · 12/05/2014 07:48

I have put two pounds on! Hmm

SayraT · 12/05/2014 07:51

I'll go and have a look petal thanks Smile

Locarblil · 12/05/2014 07:51

4lbs off! Tho am a daily weigher and have been same weight since Thurs, and the 4lbs came off literally overnight from Wed. Is there something about this WOE that means the weight comes off in chunks all of a sudden, rather than the gradual decline I'd expect?

NeverHadANickname · 12/05/2014 07:54

I was the same Locarblil, good loss at the start of the week then the same and a lb back on since then.

HolgerDanske · 12/05/2014 07:57

Yes locarblil, there is. It's what we call the woosh effect. I'm sure there's an explanation somewhere...

SirNoel · 12/05/2014 08:00

Also 2lbs on. Yey me Hmm

Well done all the losers!

SayraT · 12/05/2014 08:01

Holger Licarblil the explanation is....the Whoosh Fairy, only explanation there is Grin

harderthanitlooks · 12/05/2014 08:04

Morning low carbers, well done so far everyone. I'm only 2lb down this week. Too much dairy, not enough water and TOTM to blame. I'm down 7lb so far as I'm 2 weeks in.
Keep up the good work!

HolgerDanske · 12/05/2014 08:06

Oh oh oh I have just realised I made a mistake in my calculations when converting the first weigh-in, which means I have actually made a small loss. Am I allowed to edit my first weigh-in to reflect this?

I was 69kg which is 152.1

I'm now 68.4kg which is 150.7

HolgerDanske · 12/05/2014 08:10

I have just I putted correct first weight and today's weight into the spreadsheet, is that ok? The calculator doesn't show the difference so if I have messed things up I'm sorry, hoping it'll re-set itself.

Suzymoo09 · 12/05/2014 08:22

Well done everyone - some amazing losses.

HolgerDanske · 12/05/2014 08:22

Putted?! Autocorrect.. *put the Smile

alleypalley · 12/05/2014 08:31

Well done all you losers. 4.2lbs off for me. Happy with that start.

notso · 12/05/2014 08:32

I have lost 6lbs this week, woo hoo. The lightest I have been in three years!
I have being going it alone as I missed the first boot camp but was going off the rails a little. It is nice to feel I am not alone.

rubybricks · 12/05/2014 08:41

morning losers!

3lbs off here, but realise from yesterday's thread that i really need to look at portion control! i too had thought because we're not counting calories that if i just ate veg etc 'off the list' then i could have unlimited quantities (thank you slimming world Confused)

onwards and downwards... happy monday everyone Smile

drogoboogie · 12/05/2014 08:43

Hello everyone! thank you for these threads. They are really inspiring me to carry on. This is my first post (daunting!) but I have been following closely all week. 4lb lost all in the first few days and nothing since but really pleased.

I think I'm in ketosis as DH could smell pear drops on my breath and even though this was the aim of this woe, I feel slightly scared and paranoid about ketoacidosis, etc. I think I'm probably being a tad hysterical today! Blush

Lettuce boats filled with chicken (quorn), Mayo and avacado for breakfast.

HolgerDanske · 12/05/2014 08:44

Ruby you will probably find that your appetite will decrease remarkably fairly soon so you won't need to eat all that much. I like this way of eating because it really moved me away from having to have big portions.

PseudoBadger · 12/05/2014 08:47

Drogo - drink more water :)

Locarblil · 12/05/2014 08:50

Excellent Holger & Sayra I like a scientific explanation Grin

Hoping the woosh fairy waves her wand this week then...

HolgerDanske · 12/05/2014 08:50

I think I will have devilled eggs and celery for breakfast today.

Roast pork and red cabbage for lunch.

Pork goulash with courgette for dinner.

SirNoel · 12/05/2014 08:56

Today looks like this for me-

B - bullet proof decaf
L - roast chicken with roasted broccoli and sprouts
T - chilli beef bake

Portion sizes are a focus for me now I think, and upping my fat. The above will be dripping in butter

Hazynomore · 12/05/2014 08:56

3lbs down for me. Like some others, it mostly went in the first half of the week and stayed the same for a couple of days so hoping for a whoosh soon!

thereinmadnesslies · 12/05/2014 08:58

Gained 2lb this morning boo. But yesterday I was 2lb down. How can that be?
