He had his nativity yesterday, all lines remembered though there was a bit of yawning during it

tilly not a morning person either I would rather be left alone, dd does that running around not getting dressed not eating routine on a regular basis, it drives me nuts, sometimes I deal with it better than others

glad to hear things improved, does John Bear come with a diary? oh the pressure

Castlenau dentist in Barnes are good, though private are free of course for DCs

Kew I went to your fella once and he was great. Cleaner is a fiercesome tidier isn't she? She used to keep me sane by bringing order once a week. love your henscale

Hope everyone had a nice weekend. We went out for a romantic meal for our 10yr anniversary on Sat night which was nice. Rest of wkend was filled with party/playdate etc and some gym action for me, really want to get my fitness back up.

Very outdoorsy day. Spent an hour in the park getting pretty muddy. Kids in very silly mood just before bed: "And the cheese went quack quack" big giggles etc. Very bad to be dragged along running by DS2 in my boots though. Must find trainers.

sfx - didn't watch first series. Vampire werewolf sounds the next big thing. Then it will be vampire werewolf ghost.

hi all, been up north for the weekend, nephew was baptised. Would've been better if ds2 hadn't come down with sickness bug while we were there, then me Sunday & ds1 yesterday! Yet, while I had no energy after my bout, both ds's still tearing around as normal

I think this never ending Winter is getting me down it is the first time I really crave some warmth

how is everyone? study is boring, need to find part time job which does not require much brain engagement or working with annoying people

sfx - it's quite sunny here but a bit cold. I have two jumpers on. But smell of freshly baked bread makes it feel a little bit warmer.

By the way friend contemplating going on holiday to Madeira. Do you think it's a good idea given recent events? Also wants to know if it's flat (having problems with leg and can't climb hills ...) What do you think? Is it a silly question?

Re: working with annoying people: It's very difficult to tell when someone would turn annoying. Best to work alone. (Speaking from depth of misanthropy.)

lordcopper regarding Madeira, it is a fairly sedate place so fine if she/he wants to rest have balmy weather and look at pretty flowers but it is very hilly, it is a volcanic island so you can't avoid hills at all, even in the relatively low lying Funchal.
My godmother sent me some pics of the destruction and it seems to be mostly about clearing up, the water came down the various little 'rivers' burst on to the roads and flooded the shops/ houses
If someone wants just a quiet time on a sandy beach then go next door to Porto Santo 10K of sandy beach and not much else to do

yes, rather chilly.
my lot trooped off for WBD this morning as zorro, the mad hatter and dorothy.
tipped us all nicely over the edge in the usual morning madness.
is a royal pita (last week ds1 and ds2 respectively had to be an aztec and an egyptian), but they do like dressing up.

right back to work, aiming to give myself a week off soon. now paid holidays- one of the things do miss.
