SFX, v impressed to hear that the hoover was out

Sing - don't worry, it is called being human! Nice glass of wine for you tonight eh

1 o'clock club is fab, fab, fab and now open 'til 5pm! We will be there a lot over the summer. Vbus, lovely to see you and the gorgeous boys although as you saw, socialising is kinda tricky at the moment, lol!

vbus · 18/06/2009 19:18

PCW - nice to catch up with you & your lovely DC, I can see that you have your hands full atm We had a great time, it is such a fab place, will defo be back there in coming weeks

Slng - don't stress, these things happen, I'm sure it will all be forgotten soon enough

Sfx/Tilly - pity you couldn't make it, maybe another time

Off to attempt making prawn pad thai now

slng · 18/06/2009 19:49

vbus - I won't forget it. I'm simply not a nice patient person, though I suspect DC know this already... I overcompensate for being short.

slng · 18/06/2009 19:50

Where's that glass of wine PCW promised?

sfxmum · 18/06/2009 20:56

pcW I do like your encouraging manner

OP posts:
slng · 19/06/2009 07:49

Morning!

Blueberry pancakes done too here! Super quick breakfasts, all gobbled in 10 minutes.

We are going to DS1 sports day! Then lunch somewhere.

sfx - Why not come up to Ealing and have lunch with us? Might as well have meltdown in Ealing. As good a place as any for meltdowns.

sfxmum · 19/06/2009 08:42

slng thanks that is nice but I think I will take dd to Kew quite early then will strap her to the buggy and bring her home, bribery might be necessary
I think dinner today will come from M&S £10 thingy

Kew how are you getting on?

OP posts:
vbus · 19/06/2009 14:07

hello all

No blueberry panckes but pad thai was delicious

Lovely to see you this morning Sfx and Miss Starlight Express. I ran all the way back to the car and just about got to pick on time, phew, that was my exercise for the week!

Seeing Pet Shop Boys tonight

sfxmum · 19/06/2009 14:42

vbus nice to see you too kept me awake and reasonably civil dd still plague ridden still awake currently running around naked

came home via M&S as planned and indulged in treats

OP posts:
slng · 20/06/2009 17:30

Hello!

Went to Hanwell Carnival. Then to an Afghan restaurant. Very nice food.

sfx - sports day very funny. Quite cold though. Also outraged at the fact that they give LOs plastic skipping ropes that are too long and therefore curly. How is anyone supposed to skip with those!? Not that DS1 could anyway ...

sfxmum · 20/06/2009 17:35

hello
slng pleasure to come I think at least I know where the sports field is now

we walked over to the River to watch Henry VIII sail past all very amusing

went running afterwards managed decent time only one week until my 5K race
managing to stay reasonably on top of study and listened to the first Reith lecture

dd still recovering poor poppet still looks knackered

hope everyone is well

Hello all

Sfx - hope DD starts getting better soon, well done on run timing. And ta for tip on M&S deal, have that to look fowd to tom night

Slng - totally agree what is the point of plastic skipping ropes

Concert was unreal
Never been to O2 before, we had great seats and went to private bar beforehand which was v.cool. Was v.impressed with PSB, v.slick performance and clever mix of old and new tracks. Visually stunning.
Sfx/KC you must watch them at Latitude you'll be in for a treat if they put on half the show they did last night

Going to bed soon, I'm so tired didn't get to bed til 1am...

Hope everyone having a nice weekend

sfxmum · 22/06/2009 10:10

good morning all

lovely sunshine will got out and try to enjoy

vbus thanks dd is at least sleeping better but the cough is still here

slng we have a normal skipping rope and a plastic one have no idea how the plastic one is supposed to work seems so rigid

hope everyone had a nice weekend, here there was far too much chocolate which made dh a very happy daddy

GEt results of nasty tests on Monday - suspect I am very anaemic, my gums are nearly white.

Kewcumber · 22/06/2009 10:27

SFX - do you want to come over one sat evening for takeaway and list comparison for Latitude?

mygreatauntgriselda · 22/06/2009 11:40
