COV - glad to hear dh has finally got a diagnosis although not a good one at that as he has to stop the medication. Poor thing.

ds is fine now thanks for your wishes - must have been a weekend for falls as his little df has scrapes on his forehead where he went flying.

off to pick up LOs in a minute - last day of school. The picnic was wonderful yesterday (I always cry at things like that) - its amazing to see how little nursery kids have grown up into confident, professional young people in a blink of an eye.

I finally did some cooking yesterday YEAHHHH... LOs wanted burgers, we had none, so I made them myself. They wafted them down and said they were much better than the packet ones (but they filled with veggies which they didn't know!).

talking of falls, dd fell out of the roof of the campervan on Thursday night

H didn't put the hatch across properly . poor dd got a bruised knee and is very reticent about going back up there. can't say i blame her either!

she enjoyed telling everyone who would listen about it tho, cue SS knocking on the door as her version of events was "I fell'd off the roof"!!!

am still uploading pics, didn't think you could see them yet!

btw, the macaroni cheese defrosts and reheats very well for anyone who was curious.

on no pc - poor dd, I'm not surprised she is dubious about high living now. That reminds me of dd2 when she was younger she fell down the stairs. Later on the childline advert came on about a child whose parents had said she had fallen down the stairs. dd1 piped up "dd2 did that" in front of house full of people.

welcome bella and susie - I was born in Hampton and grew up in Walton so know the area well. I'm slightly out at the moment, in Ruislip, but my friends are here so you'll find me chatting most days. I have 3 LOs (dd1 10, dd2 7, ds 22m).

Helloooo Bella and Susie. I work 4 days so am only around Fridays and weekends but always up for coffee/play etc

Single and have 2.5 yr old DS

Anyone know any playgroup open over the summer (on Firdays) - annoying when you have one pre-schooler and everything shuts. Don;t even have Childsplay cafe anymore. IS the one in Chiswick park open - do you know.

I'm thinking of a visit to Horton Farm one Friday if anyone wants to tag along.
