the Mac N Cheese was delicious everyone. Well I thought so lol, dd ate all teh pasta and MrsR managed to get her to eat some of the veggies!

busy day tomorrow, got to finish packing. shower myself and dd (too tired to bath tonight) and bake banana bread!

oh and apparently my iphone has been shipped and will arrive tomorrow!

unlikely it'll be in the morning tho eh!

done all the baking and nearly all the packing now just need to manage some sleep

ended up working till quite late. did not sleep very well and dd awake early.

i feel steam rollered. we are hoping to be away by noon.

Mrs Tiddles, a friend of mine has a son at Teddies and rates it highly. However ... as Paddle said, I'm sure that I read a very damning report on it a while ago from another mumsnetter. Have you done a search / looked on the nurseries board?

thanks for last night pc - McCheese was delicious and dd2 was so happy with her outfit - fits her perfectly. And thank dd for the gingerbread men - ds and dd2 ate them on the way to school. Glad you finished the review.

Paddle I am stalking you as I've taken the plunge and joined singlewithkids. Its hard getting used to a forum with a different format isn;t it.

Can;t be doing with all this talk of iphones... though I am picking up an external hard drive tomorrow (does that count as excitig technology?) to back up all my kazakh photos. decided it would be a disaster for DS if PC crashed as they're not the kind of thing you can recreate by going around all your friends asking what photos they have of your child from the same time!

external hard drive is good, not sexy and cool like 3g but it is good. i use my old ipod to back up photos.

must do that soon too, all out of date now!

thanks bunyanvillas. yes, I've done a search on here and I've read the ofsted reports, and popped in to have a very quick look. I had some doubts but wanted personal experience / opinions from mums who used it, to sort of back up what I felt. I think just the fact that it seems to have been reported so many times (ofsted refer to a few reports and complaints as well as the one mentioned on here) is sort of enough really. I'm not going to risk it. Thank you everyone for your helpful suggestions.

Meanwhile we've just been to a creperie in Ealing and ate our weight in pancakes (nutella pancake, yum!) Also been reminded how difficult it is for a shortie (DS2) to go to the toilet when out and about. Must remember to pack the portable loo seat next time!

ds is completely mad dive-bombing sofa, trying to push my car - been like it all week. Turns out she has been giving him Robinsons and its turned him into a mad-man (the knives are away).

dd2 has just gone to bed with her ipod, all I can hear is her signing at the top of her voice "Bob the Builder".

MrsR - will get on to business tomorrow. So exhausted, but must get myself some supper...

Both DSs have been given a grade 2, so two quite bald boys.

oh slng would love to give ds a grade 2 but dh won't let me scalp him
